This foot spa combines the perfect blend of relaxation and therapeutic benefits that my feet desperately needed. The electric rotary massage, accompanied by heat, bubbles, and 24 motorized Shiatsu massage balls, creates an experience that’s nothing short of luxurious.The collapsible design is a game-changer for me as it makes storage a breeze, and the remote control adds an extra layer of convenience. But let’s talk about the massage function – those 24 motorized Shiatsu massage balls hit all the right spots, providing a deep and satisfying massage that truly revitalizes my feet after a long day.However, what truly sets HOSPAN apart is their exceptional customer service. I encountered a minor issue with the device, and when I reached out to their customer support, I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and helpful response. A Few Things to Consider Before Buying
As of this writing, I have owned this Hospan foot bath for just over three weeks. Overall, it performs as well as or better than expected. However, there are a few things you might want to consider about this unit and foot baths in general before purchasing.First, the unit absolutely performs as advertised and works well in the various modes provided. Second, I was pleasantly surprised they included a complete duplicate remote control, likely due to loss or damage contributing to returns and this being a cost-effective to reduce that from happening. Third, I recommend determining if you want to also buy any water conditioners (simple Epsom salts or fancier blends with essence oils). You’ll want to make sure to order those right away to use with the foot bath when it arrives.On the down side, it can become troublesome and resource-costly to keep making a fresh water bath each time and then discarding it. You cannot properly close the lid when using the carry handle, which means the potential for water to slosh out. The full bath might also be too heavy or cumbersome for some people to carry and then turn over to dump out, noting the cord can get in the way when doing this. This is likely true for many models/brands.My recommendation–if your situation allows it–is to re-use the water bath with additives several times before discarding. Depending on your frequency of use, that could be after one or no more than two weeks of use. In my case, I saw no issues with funky stuff after a two-week trial run, noting that I added Epsom salts with eucalyptus essence each time I used to freshen it up (4 times total).Due to the inside lip, not all of the water drained out easily so I used a removable shower head sprayer to rinse it out a couple of times and left the unit upside-down in the shower to drain with the intent of allowing it to dry out fully between uses. Again, some people may find it hard to hold the unit with one hand and rinse with the other.As you will probably notice in most of the videos for this type of device, users keep a fluffy towel next to the unit. I absolutely recommend doing this as well to prevent damaging carpets or creating a slipping hazard when you take your feet out or have to jump out quickly for some reason. Having a towel ready to go is an important safety step.While researching units, I considered plain units versus manual rollers versus automated massagers and chose this unit because it has various modes that allow it to sorta be used manually as well as in two automatic modes. What I didn’t consider was that spending too much time in auto massage was going to bruise my feet–I did a really long session the first time I used it. I also didn’t consider how uncomfortable the bumps would be even if turned off and all I wanted to do was soak. Overall, this is my biggest regret as I find myself sometimes tired of the massage and find it hard to place my feet to not be annoyed by the bumps. Obviously, this is clearly an issue with other brands/models and you may want to take this into consideration when comparing units/features.The unit I purchased has a ‘red light’ feature. I’m not convinced this has any real value but it doesn’t do any harm either. The most significant issue is that the red light source is on the bottom and between the feet so your feet will not get complete or uniform red light coverage. If this is important to you, this is not the right model for you.Finally, Epsom salts can be used to enhance one’s garden (bloom improvement and/or leaf color enhancement), so if you’re willing to make the trip and it is right for your circumstances you might consider dumping out the container in the garden instead of down the drain. You will need to consider your location, soil type, plants and how much or how frequent you might dump out the water to get the amount right for your situation.

I could not use it because the power cord is US version. Thus it cannot be used in the EU!. What a piece of garbage. I know I can buy an adapter but it’s annoying and should have been included.
