    Indecisive
Not sure it actually does anything 🤔 I’m a big skin care person and didn’t personally notice a difference with use. Could just be me

    Skin Care
Well, this is something completely different than anything I’ve ever tried using on my skin. I don’t want to be gross, and I’ll try to spare you any gory details. I’m 51 and still get acne just as bad, if not worse than, when I was an adolescent. My face always looks like I smeared oil all over my face, even in winter. (The only good thing about this is that I don’t have wrinkles!) I take good care of my skin, and don’t sleep with my makeup on. I’ve tried everything short of prescriptions to keep my face clear. So, when I saw this item, I wanted to try it out, since I was in the midst of having several large zits all vying for the title of “Mt. Vesuvius of the Week” on my face. But, since I know absolutely nothing about this type of treatment, I decided to wait until they were going back towards their dormant phase, just out of an abundance of caution. The hardest part, for me, anyway, is remembering that I have it and to use it. Second on that list is taking 3-4 minutes per area to do treatment. I don’t have time to use it on my entire face, so I have been hitting my problem areas. It seems to be helping those areas, and would probably help more if I were more diligent. My not so problem areas are becoming problematic but I don’t think it has anything to do with this device. As I mentioned, I don’t do my whole face. Hope this helps y’all!

    Good
This is a great little inexpensive red light. It’s too small to use for most body concerns, but it’s aimed towards facial use and it’s great for that. It works well and has held up long term. It’s user friendly, and is a convenient size for travel.

    Doesn’t work.
I mean it lights up and everything but the functionality of it is non existent. It doesn’t do what is expected of it. Would not recommend.

    Not sure it does anything
What I liked:Its compactEasy to useBattery is rechargeableWhat I didn’t like:Unsure if it delivers on its promise. There’s not a clear timeline for how long to use it or how long it should take to work. It merely says “days”I’ve not seen a reduction in redness. It says no UV, which is great, but it still hurts your eyes.Other observations; It gets warm during useDirections say apply it to skin, all other light therapy I’ve used is contactless, so this was different for me.While it has some nice qualities, the fact that I can’t see a difference only skin and don’t know how long before I should, makes me lean toward not recommending this.

    Good so far
First impressions, I like this device so far. It’s compact and rechargeable. It’s about the size of a lipstick. It has a small head so it’s definitely best for spot treating areas. Using it over your whole face would take forever. You have to treat each area for 3 minutes and the head is only about an inch. I’m treating my whole chin area which means moving the device around about 6 times to cover the area and holding it at each location for 3 minutes. I’ve never used a red or blue light device so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it feels okay on my sensitive skin. Definitely make sure to turn it on when pressed close to the skin or you’ll flash light into your eyes. There no timer or automatic turn off, just off and on setting. I like this as a travel friendly, compact option but will probably look for a larger device to continue daily treatments.

Hot to the touch when in use
I wanted to like this but the instructions say to keep it on the desired treatment area for 3 minutes and it hurts! It gets HOT with the light pretty quickly and I didn’t want to keep it on for the length of time. It should be built differently where the window into the light doesn’t touch your skin since it gets hot.

    Light therapy
I’m neutral on this so far. Haven’t noticed any benefits but I’ve not been using it long term either. Though, for the price, I honestly don’t expect this to yield high end results.
