Great thermostat don’t miss it
Very easy install and set up. I like the app and multiple operating OS. I especially like the geo fencing perimeters, it ranges from close to 10 miles or more. Other thermostats that I have tried are only a few hundred feet.I also like the vacation set up also very nice programing. I am a heating & air company owner. I have been in the business over 30 years, and I give this thermostat 5 stars plus +++

Amazing Customer Support
Very sleek thermostat and seems to work as expected , it came fairly fast and when I struggled identifying the wiring codes I called customer service and the representative who took the time to explain me what and how to do it, he even waited for me in every step, at one point the call got disconnected and he call me back right away. Kudos for that good customer support team.

Worked for 2 months
We have a 20+ year old HVAC system that we wanted a wifi enabled thermostat for, convenience and what not. It was pretty easy to install, especially since the C-wire adapter is included and the price especially was right. Worked immediately with our AC system and both thermostat and app were user friendly. Fast forward, two months later the thermostat wonât even power on. We re-installed the 20+ year old thermostat and the system works. We bought a new, more expensive Honeywell and that worked immediately as well. Not sure what the issue is with the Cielo thermostat but we can rule out our old system as the problem. Unfortunately the return window has passed and we are out the $80+ after only 2 months. You get what you pay for I guess.

Love Cielo products
This is my third thermostat from Cielo. The other 2 were for a portable AC and a mini split.I love the fact that you can really monitor your electricity usage. Plus now I can control my main AC from anywhere. Geo fencing feature is quite convenient. It was to replace a regular programmable Honeywell thermostat (without using the C wire as that thermostat was running on batteries).Installation was super easy and definitely for DIYers. Highly recommended

Very nice thermostat. Great customer service.
I now have a total of eight of these thermostats. Five of them for Mitsubishi heat pumps, mini splits, 1 for a Tosot-gree heat pump, mini split and two for conventional hot air and hot water baseboard. For the heat pump, mini splits, it was pretty much plug-and-play after following the directions. The hot air system with AC in my house would not work after following the wiring diagram. I called customer service and spoke with Jason and after a few pictures back-and-forth figured out that I did not have a C wire to my thermostat. Made one connection at the furnace and we were up and running. I find these thermostats, more user-friendly than the thermostats that weâre going to come with the Mitsubishi and tosot heat pump mini split units. The six thermostats that I have for my heat pump mini splits are 400 miles away and I have no problem controlling them with the app on my phone.
