Phenomenal neck and back massager
Years ago, I had one of these arm sling neck massagers which was corded and loved it. Eventually, it died, and I never replaced it, as the cord was a bit restrictive. Imagine my excitement when I saw this cordless one! It was worth the wait to replace it, as this this has more support mechanisms and is so thoughtfully designed!First off, it’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which makes it perfect for storing. In fact, I will keep this box for storage, as it’s so compact and easy to carry with the handle. After charging it in full, I’ve used it in a few different ways. You can focus on the full neck, where it actually stretches your neck nicely with the 4 arms, and you can also focus on the trapezius by putting it lower so the lower arms are on the traps. I’ve also moved it up and down my back, and it works quite well to work out knots in back.The overall design of the device is intuitive. I literally pressed the buttons and had a sense of what would happen before I checked the manual. Heat is adjustable, as is the speed. The only thing I might change is the ability to adjust the waist strap smaller. I’m an average-sized woman and even at the tightest, it’s still loose on me. I’ll play around with that more, but typically when I use it, I’m sitting against a chair, so it’s not a huge issue. If I wanted to walk around and have it be on my waist, I think it would fall off.The cover on the massage arms is removable and washable, which I love. I have some other comfier products, and they are all thoughtfully designed like that, where the points of contact with the body part can all be washed.Overall, I would venture to say this is the best-designed “arm-sling” massager on the market. It’s cordless, thoughtfully designed, and can be used beyond the neck. It’s perfect for yourself or as a gift!

Heats up quickly and targets tight traps and neck muscles. Does a much better job than other more expensive shoulder massage tools. Cordless, rechargeable and easy to use. Pressure is just right. Doesn’t leave me feeling bruised like my other massager.

Strong heat, 3 great massage modes with good pressure
I purchased two different brands at around the same price to compare. This is the one I decided to keep.The positioning of the buttons is more comfortable to press and see while wearing the device. I do think they could be even lower/straps longer. The heat pad worked better than the other brand, and the charge port is discreet. The other one had a dongle that stuck out and was sort of in the way.The main thing was the three modes of massage. There is one that has a pause, and it’s great.For the price, I think this was a solid buy.

Wish I would have got it sooner!
Exactly what I needed. I sit at a desk most of the day and my posture isnât the best so my neck and shoulders are sore daily from sitting incorrectly. This neck/shoulders massager is exactly what I needed to reach those knots in my neck and shoulders. I wish I would have purchased sooner. I love that no plug is required so I can wear it while doing chores around the house or sitting on the couch away from a plug. Charging is fast and battery lasts a long time. The directions are easy to understand and it has good pressure and is very portable with the included bag. Overall I feel it was a good price for the quality.

Ok but doesnât hold a charge well
Bought it two months ago. Not bad, you do feel the massage, more on your neck than shoulders but still not bad. Doesnât hold a charge well though and you have to charge it at least an hour before you want to use it, even if it was fully charged after your last use. Would have returned it if I noticed the charging issue sooner.
