Great baby gate
This gate has been a life saver when it comes to my babies & dogs, it was easy to install, itâs screws into the door frame so itâs super sturdy, it keeps my babies safe, and once you learn how to open it itâs super easy to open i definitely recommend it just check measurements to make sure itâll fit your doorframe.

Great choice for a pet gate
I have had dogs for years and my wife owned a groom shop so I have experience with trying to keep dogs in or out. This gate does the job. It was very easy to assemble and install (but keep in mind that I have dealt with pet gates for years).Based on how its constructed, its pretty much fool proof when putting it inside the door frame. It has a “stopper” tab on both sides of the gate so you can install it to swing in either direction which I thought was pretty smart.If I could give it a 4 1/2 stars, thats probably where it truly ranks for me because of 2 things. The handle/locking mechanism is a bit wonky. “Unlocking” the gate using the top handle mechanism takes some dexterity and concentration. There are two different things that have to be done at the same time to get the gate lock to open – one is like a trigger on the underside of the handle and the other is a sliding piece on the top. It doesnt take two hands to open, but it isnt all that easy with just one hand if you are not in the right position – its just weird and a bit of a pain. The second thing is the height. I bought the 36 inch gate which is what I needed, but that puts the gate almost exactly at the height of the door handle. The door still closes but I have to somewhat work it closed to get the handle to clear the gate and then work it back to open the door. If door handles are all at a standard height in homes, this could be an issue for some if they want to close the door.Overall, I do love the gate, its exactly what I needed. It looks great, its sturdy, and even better, the dog can now see down the hallway. I feel that it safely closes and secures so he doesnt have the run of the house if I’m gone. For the price, I havent found anything better and highly recommend!

Good, but not carpal tunnel friendly
Itâs a pretty good gate, very tall, and looks nice. My only thing I dislike about it is that you have to do a squeezing motion on the latch at the bottom trigger with your index finger and pull the top button back with your thumb. That motion can be very painful if youâre like me and have carpal tunnel.

Great for small dogs too!
I absolutely love this gate! Itâs perfect! We have a tiny puppy, and we have had a really hard time finding something that WORKS and I could not be happier with this product. Itâs very easy to install and very easy to use and since there are no dimensions for the bars, I felt inclined to hold up a soda can so you can see that it is very narrow. I will probably end up buying this product again in the future for another area.

Elegant design and easy set up
I recently began fostering for my local humane society and needed a gate to separate the foster kitties from my resident cats. I was drawn to the aesthetics of this product and it did not disappoint: the bronze finish and arched top make this a very elegant looking gate which is great since it’s become a permanent feature in my household.Do measure your doorway before ordering to ensure a good fit. To me the gaps at the side were wider than I wanted without the extender but the doorway was too narrow to use it. So I got creative and added a scratching post on either side. The bars are narrow enough to contain a 4 pound kitten but smaller babies can slip right through. It’s perfect for larger cats though.I like that you don’t have to screw it into the door frame to keep it in place as the adjustable bolts hold it securely. It also means that I can move the gate to another room if needed without leaving damage.Other features that I love are the single handed lock and the fact that the gate opens both ways.In summary I would say that this gate is not only attractive but functional and user friendly too. I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy again.

missing a few features
I bought this gate for my office to keep people from charging right in, as a privacy border so to say. it looks nice and seems sturdy enough, it was easy to assemble, but is missing the spring loaded feature we have on a more expensive gate at home (I should have checked for that) and the most annoying thing about it is that a huge wrap around sticker is placed as you can see. it wraps around and did to just come off by pulling on it (there was another secondary striker that came right off) I had to scrub this thing off and still need to take goo be gone to it. I could not leave it on as it was unsightly. I get that the manufacturer wants to cover his butt in case of injuries, but could that not be done by placing a sticker in a less conspicuous place and one that is easily removed?

Gate is tall and very sturdy. I had no trouble setting it up. It came with an extension but I did not need it for my doorway. I bought it for my cats and it is working great! It’s a beautiful gate, love the arched top on the doorway. Highly recommend!!

Very nice unit which was very easy to install, looks good as well. It allowed us to leave the front door open during the hot weather, also installed a Tapo motion detector along with a Tapo smart remote button which sends an alarm via a Tapo smart hub as security.
