I bought this GPS/tracker on Amazon and it has worked excellent for me. It is small, discreet and easy to install or carry according to what you need to track. The location it shows is quite accurate, and is updated in real time, which gives a lot of peace of mind.I am using it for [car / motorcycle / backpack / pet / person], and so far it has fulfilled everything it promises. The monitoring app is intuitive, shows the history of routes and has configurable alerts (such as movement, speeding or if you leave a safe area).The battery has a good duration (depending on the model), and the device quickly connects to the satellite. I also liked that it brings clear instructions to activate and configure it from the first moment.Without a doubt, an excellent tool if you are looking for more security and control over what you want to protect or track. Highly recommended!

Good product, business practices not so much
Update to My Previous Review â Excellent Resolution and GratitudeI wanted to provide an update regarding my previous concerns with charges on my account. Initially, I was frustrated after going back and forth via email for several days with little clarityâgetting the same explanation reworded in different ways. It felt like no real progress was being made.However, since leaving my review, Spytec GPS went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund the charges I questioned, but they also generously reimbursed several monthsâ worth of fees I had previously paid. I truly appreciate this gesture and the effort they ultimately made to make things right.I do not want to be share the exact resolution I received because there are a lot of people in the world who try to complain about purchases just to obtain compensation . My situation was unique I never expected to receive anything Beyond the last charge because sometimes problems are in part due to confusion between buyer and seller I am truly grateful for how fairly and kindly it was handled in the end. And I have since purchased another item and have no complaints whatsoever.As for the product itselfâit remains one of the better GPS trackers on the market. Itâs reliable, user-friendly, and has been a solid tool for my needs. I sincerely thank the team at Spytec GPS for their support and follow-through.The tracker is great and the battery is one of the better ones however accuracy isnâttoo good but Iâve definitely seen worse. Billing note thatâs a whole other matter. I was billed for two trackers even tho I have never used more than one at any given moment as I deactivated the lost one when I ordered the second one and never have figured out why I was billed $34.95 AND $24.95 simultaneously with an explanation that I had two trackers. Nope only have need for one why would I use two!!! Anyway going back and forth repeatedly getting nowhere I dropped the account altogether.

I bought two of these gps trackers (Model – GL300 Real Time GPS Tracker) so I would be able to find my cars if they were stolen when I went on a trip across country.After 12 days on power saving mode both set to ping every 12 hours one tracker had 40% power left and the other had 26% power left. I think the difference is because I had one plugged in for a little longer.I used the manual ping a few times as well. Both the cars were stationary the entire time.I wanted it for tracking purposes in case of theft and it worked out really well.I had to buy two separate subscriptions for the two trackers, 34.95$Iâm not very happy with the cost and battery life with this tracker for a constant tracker in the car. I think Iâll try a different one

It does what it is supposed to do
This product showed up the same day I ordered it. It was easy to set up. The magnetic cases are excellent. I am able to easily track my assets. The main problem with these trackers is the battery life. No matter what setting you choose, the maximum battery life is 10 days. Even with only one ping a day, most of the trackers I had to replace with spares while recharging the assigned units, within four days. ( I bought 13 units to cover primary assets). This makes it very hard for me because I have to go find the equipment in the field, pull the tracker off, recharge it in the field in front of the employees, and use a spare that I have to pay for if I need to keep a tracker on the device, during the time that I am charging the original device. Feels like a second job without pay. These trackers, despite their cheap price, are not worth purchasing for fleet purposes. And as a fleet tracker, they costs 25 per unit, per month to operate. Expensive and a lot of extra work. To use as a fleet tracker on trailers and such, it would cost a fortune more to hook to direct battery power, which would defeat the hidden placement aspect of the tracker. These trackers are best used for tracking a family member as they have a very useful SOS feature. Donât buy these as a fleet tracker tho. Total not the correct unit for fleet equipment management.

It Works!!
This thing works! Love that you can use the “Time Machine” feature to see where your vehicle was on different days and times. Active tracking works quite well also and updates fast and accurately. It came with a solid strong magnetic case that snaps closed and keeps the tracker secure. We use this to make sure we know where our vehicle is and have made anyone driving it aware that it does have a tracker, but I could see this being used if someone was concerned for an older relative or family member. The subscription was fairly priced in my opinion and had a cheap option to add on coverage for the device itself, which I did do.
