Much needed to start un-crate training our dogs during the day. Only down side is stubbing our toes on the bottom of the gate. But other then that great quality and price!

So easy to install, with the extension, it fit great! Note: If you tighten it to much at the top to “close the gap” it won’t open haha. Door swings both ways, clicks when closed(so u know it’s secure) bars perfectly separated but not to far where my grandson can get stuck. Wish they had these gates when mine where growing up lolAlso great for keeping pets out of places you don’t want them to go!

I love love this! I use it to keep the dogs out of certain rooms and with the open close feature you donât have to climb over the gate which is a big plus if youâre clumsy like me 🙂

I put this up recently as my son and 2-yr-old grandson are coming for a visit soon. I have an older, very fearful border collie who is terrified of children, so the challenge was to find ways to keep both parties safe. I set this gate up between my kitchen and entrance to the bedrooms, and have to say, not only was it a very easy install (yes, please do heed the instructions about keeping the gate secured with the provided ties until the entire thing is up), but wow, once up it is SOLID. I leaned on it, wiggled it, and there was absolutely no give to it. I erected this one without using the the little wall cups (provided for extra security) and it doesnât need them. That said, Iâd definitely use them if the gate was to be used around stairs.Gate has a good height, the metal is VERY sturdy, and the automatic gate closure is a nice feature as well (yes, it does clang a bit if left to close on its own, but manually closing should prevent some of that). It would also, I imagine, be quite difficult for a toddler to open this gate with the two-point push-and-lift requirement (even for me, it takes a bit of extra effort to do so) so that too is a nice feature for anyone with children.All told, I now have three baby gates set up, and so far, this one is the best of the three.
