If there is a sudden power outage, will my pet miss a feeding?

When the battery is low, the feeder will emit a beeping sound (no alerts between 8 PM and 8 AM). Please charge it promptly. A red light indicates it is charging, and a green light indicates charging is complete.

How does this feeder ensure that food does not spoil in high-temperature environments?

The standard package includes two cooling ice packs, which can keep the food in the tray cold for up to 6 hours at room temperature (≈77 °F). For longer preservation, it is recommended to pre-freeze the food.

How much dry or wet food can each compartment hold? What is the total capacity?

The tray is divided into six compartments, each holding approximately 240 ml of dry or wet food. We recommend not overfilling; please adjust the amount for each feeding according to your pet’s size and appetite.

How can I quickly complete the timer setup? Is it very complicated?

The package includes a multilingual manual; using the buttons for the first time takes about 5–10 minutes to set up five feeding times. For convenience, we’ve created a video guide, which you can find on the product page.

Is the height pet-friendly? Can cats and dogs easily access the food?

The tray height is 3.5”, with a length and width of 12.6 inches each. Most cats and dogs (height > 6”) can easily reach the food. If you have particularly small breeds, we recommend placing a 2”–4” platform to make it easier for them.
