Handy for light workouts
I got this set of 2 lb dumbbells mainly for light workouts and rehab-type exercises. Theyâre covered in a soft neoprene material that feels good in your hands and does not slip when your palms get a little sweaty. The hex shape keeps them from rolling around, which is a nice touch if youâre using them on a flat surface or switching between moves.Theyâre small and easy to store, so they donât take up much space, and the weight is just right for toning or adding a bit of resistance to walking or stretching routines. Definitely not meant for heavy lifting, but thatâs not what theyâre for anyway. The color (I got purple) looks just like the pictures, nothing flashy, just simple and clean.A couple small things to note: they do have that new rubber smell at first, though it fades after a few days. Iâve been using the 5 lb Yes4All dumbbells since November 2024, and theyâve held up perfectly. The neoprene coating is comfortable and non-slip, even during sweaty workouts. I also love the hexagonal shape, it keeps them from rolling around.The color-coded design is a nice touch, and they feel solid and well-balanced.
