Worked Great
I use this to cover up seashell paintings on tile in my shower. It did take quite a few coats, but it worked amazing, covered the painting, and is lasting very well.

Amazing waterâbased touchâup kitâlow odor & surprisingly durable!
I applied it two weeks ago and itâs handling daily showers just fine. No chips or obvious wear yetâwhich says a lot for a hobbyâgrade product.Tips for best results:Scrub, sand, then wipe dust before mixing.Apply two even coats, letting each flashâcure for an hour.Use fans or open windowsâeven though itâs lowâodor, I ran one for peace of mind.Avoid standing water for 72 hrs after final coat.Store leftover paint sealed tightly; I keep it in an airtight jar so I can touch up small chips later. For under $25, you get a surprisingly decent refinishing job on porcelain or ceramicâespecially if you’re just doing a small tub, sink, or shower surround. Low odor, compact, and easy to master if you prep right.Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Definitely one of the best DIY touchâup tile products Iâve tried.

Freshens up old tubs
This paint is easy to use for a DIYer to refreshen old tubs, which is how I used it. If you prep the surface by sanding it, taping around the tub and drain, and clean thoroughly before painting, it will go much better.I used it on a 25-year old tub which had chips and rust spots, since replacing the tub was going to be an expensive proposition. I thought I’d give this a shot. After prepping the tub, I ended up painting it with three coats of paint, with an additional two coats to the inside bottom, since that’s where most of the wear and rust was. I waited 2-3 hours between coats, so it took a couple days to do the job.The paint is thin as others have mentioned, so it will require multiple coats to mask any rust or discoloration on the tub. I used the included brush, so I did end up with light brush marks. A roller would be better, but I didn’t have one so I just used what was included in the kit.The results are quite good as the tub has a fresh new(ish) look. How long the paint lasts is yet to be seen. One word of caution, the finished tub ended up quite slick and slippery, so I am adding a tub mat for safety. Hopefully, it will serve a dual purpose and protect the paint/finish as well.

YKF Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit: A DIY Dream Come True
I am absolutely thrilled with the YKF Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit! I’ve been wanting to update my bathroom for ages, but the thought of a full renovation was daunting. This product truly made it a DIY dream come true, delivering professional-looking results with surprising ease. The ready-to-use, single-part formula is a game-changer. No hardener needed, no messy mixing â just stir and apply. The paint went on smoothly and evenly, creating a beautiful semi-gloss light gray finish that instantly brightened up my bathroom. It transformed my old, dull tiles into something that looks brand new and feels wonderfully luxurious. What really stands out is the premium durability. I was a bit skeptical about how well a DIY paint would hold up in a high-moisture area like a bathroom, but this paint is incredibly resistant to water, wear, and yellowing. It’s been a few weeks since I applied it, and there’s no flaking or peeling whatsoever. This gives me huge confidence in its long-lasting performance on my tub, shower, and tiles. The quick application and fast drying time were also a major plus. The paint cured in just 24 hours, and my bathroom was fully ready for use in only 3 days. The included tools made achieving smooth coverage simple, even for a DIY novice like me.I used one 16 fl oz container, and it covered 30 sq.ft with two coats exactly as described, making it a very economical solution. It’s so versatile, perfect for not just tubs and tiles, but also sinks and even countertops. Finally, the low odor and eco-friendly formula were incredibly important to me. I was able to work comfortably without strong chemical fumes, and it’s reassuring to know I’m using a non-toxic, low VOC product. The YKF Tub & Tile Refinishing Kit exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking to refresh your bathroom or kitchen surfaces without the cost and hassle of a full remodel, this is the product you need. Five stars all the way!

great coverage
I used this paint for my sinks, we recently moved to a new house and our bathroom sinks were looking very yellowish. Initially I was thinking of replacing my sink tables but looking at the prices I realized it was going to be too costly to do so, so I started looking for other alternatives and I came around this tub of paint and I liked the size for the price.I already started painting my first sink and I like the coverage so far and I still have enough for my other sink which is what I wanted.
