Best monitor and great value!
This monitor is great because I can see my sonâs entire room, swivel the camera, and zoom in if I need to. His room is upstairs, and I havenât had any connectivity issues while downstairs. The kids picture is great! I like the eco mode so that it will only âwake upâ if he starts crying or makes enough noise (this is especially great for anxious parents with little babies!) and you can talk to them through the microphone! My son is 3 now, so itâs usually me telling him to get back in bed lol but it works! 10/10 recommend!

Great monitor
Really easy to set up. It was pretty much just plug and play. The picture quality is pretty good and I love that you can pan the camera around the room from the monitor. My one dislike is the volume controls. Even when I have it on the lowest volume setting, it’s pretty loud. Now that my little one is a bit older, I don’t want to hear every quiet little sound. So I wish I could turn the volume down a little lower. The battery life when unplugged is really long- pretty much all day long. Overall i would definitely recommend.

We bought this as a travel spare and this camera @720/1080p has worse optics than my 8 year old infant optics 480pâ¦Night vision is trash. Everything is white washed and blurry.Day optics are similar, black and white.The audio talks back (monitor to camera) sounded like you were under water.If I could give negative score I would. Please donât email mail, I will not change my review for any offer of money. Iâm returning this under Amazon gaurentee and will get my $ back. Stop selling crap!I guess I have to drop 3x$ and get the infant opticsâ¦

Super affordable and amazing quality
I love this monitor, I got it because my original monitorâs battery life was terrible and with the night vision I could barely see my daughter. The camera was easy to install, I love the size of the screen, the view is very clear, itâs not laggy at all, and it didnât cost me an arm and a leg which was a major plus. I also love how easy it is to use and how easy it is to set up. When it comes time for baby number two I will 100% be buying a second camera to use it as a split screen.10 out of 10 recommend.

I had a 2nd hand vtech baby monitor, the battery life and video quality were terrible. This unit is a huge upgrade, the picture quality is great! I can actually see my lo on the monitor. The battery life as been great so far, 1 full charge and last through the night which is what I was looking for. Initial I had some issues with charging the unit, but I’ve reached out to the seller and they were able to resolve my issue by sending me a replacement unit. The only thing is switching from night mode to daylight gets delayed, sometimes I have to move the camera angle then it will switch to daylight mode, minor concern not a deal breaker.

Iâve owned two of these. The first I got as a baby shower gift and the monitor stopped working after about 8 months. It wouldnât stay on without being plugged into the charger. When I reached out to hello baby because I was still within the warranty period then customer service was horrible. They refused to recognize their own warranty because I got it from Amazon even though I still had the original receipt.You would think this would deter me but to be honest at the time I really did like the monitor and its simplicity. I thought maybe I just got unlucky so I purchased another one. My second one stopped working after about 5 months. The monitor just went black and all you could hear was sound. Frustrated I bought a different brand because I felt there was no point in reaching out to the company because I had such a bad experience to begin with.

We had an older version of this monitor and unfortunately the screen broke! We had to upgrade but our old model was no longer carried in Canada. The manufacturer was so helpful and got us set up with this new version. The quality is excellent, the night vision has significantly improved and has great lighting. The camera view has also increased. I am also excited about the option to have split view between the cameras so I can see both kiddos at the same time! The brightness and volume options are now quicker to access as well. I’m very impressed with the many upgrades they have made to their monitor system, but even more impressed by the quality of customer service I have received!
