Very durable and dependable
Very durable earpiece, just came out of my washer and dryer and works like brand new. I have used this earpiece for over 6 months at work and have no complaints about the product, always clear communications and easy to pair.

Easy to use and long lasting
Works as intended and easy to use. Lasts all day, 10 hrs+ on a full charge. Will hurt your ear in the beginning depending on your ear itself but you eventually break it in

Best Bluetooth for the money
Been using Bluetooth headsets like this for 25 years. I have always gone with Plantronics because they were simply the best. I was looking to replace my 5 year old bluetooth but all the plantronics ones were super expensive. I ended up with this one after trying several other cheap Chinese knock offs. This one is the cheapest, sounds the best, decent noise cancellation. The only problem I have with it is you do have to really fit it in your ear just right or it’s not very loud and the the plastic ring that goes around your ear does become painful after a while of use. I actually bought 2 of these because I know how hard it is to find a Bluetooth you like later on when your main one dies.

Good device, but speaker sound is substandard and muffled
I liked the size, fitting in my ear, and ease of operation. However, the speaker sound was substandard and muffled. The only comparison I can make, it’s like the sound on this being AM radio vs the others being FM Stereo. Additionally, I drive a Jeep, which are notorious for being a bit noisy, and even at the highest volume level, I could not hear conversations with this particular Motorola HK126 unit. I also purchased the Motorola HK385 unit, and the sound is way superior in every way. Although I don’t care for the fitting in my ear, but no big deal. The biggest problem with that, is that the function button is barely detectable. When depressing to answer a call, you may depress it twice and accidentally hang up on the caller. I have done it a few times, and it can be frustrating.

Lousy bluetooth.
If I could give it negative number I would. Even with the volume turned up could hardly hear it and it wouldn’t sync with my phone. Tried numerous times with the same result. Am returning it. Don’t recommend it. Motorola used to have good products but this oe isn’t it.

Expected more from a Motorola product
After repeat purchases of knock off headsets, I decided to spend a little more and purchase a name brand model. I wear my headset almost every hour of my shift, whether it’s calls with clients or listening to music.Right out of the box? Uncomfortable. At times painful to wear. There aren’t any different earbud sizes in the box, only a plastic clip. Really shocked that ergonomics didn’t go into the design. Even with the clip it never really fits right in the ear, which gives me this loose feeling. Like I said, doesn’t fit right, painful to wear.The main button is hot keyed to bring up your phone AI, not power off. Shutdown of the device takes about 15 seconds and opens all kinds of chaos on your phone.The battery life is roughly half of what the knockoffs offer, depending on use 6-8 hours.Really disappointed in the purchase.Update: the bottom gets stuck all the time after a month of use.
