I have been a big fan of Lifepro products since I got my vibration plate 4 years ago, and many other quality products of theirs since. This Infrared Sauna Blanket is so good!I like that it is compact and portable, so there is no need to dedicate a set space in your home to it. It plugs into a standard 110v outlet.It heats up quickly, so you just crawl inside and turn it on, there’s no time wasted.To me, it feels a little like a cozy weighted blanketâperfect for deep relaxation while supporting detox, lymphatic drainage, and pain relief.The temperature range of 113°-176° is adjustable in 9-degree increments, and I love that the session time can be set anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes in 5-minute increments. Of course, you can stop earlier if needed, using the power button on the attached remote control.The dual zippers and arm openings make it super convenient and comfortable to use, whether I want my hands free or to stay fully wrapped up. Personally, I like having my hands out.Itâs easy to clean by simply wiping it down.This is a huge plus for me… it actually fits back into the included storage bag without a struggle! So it looks nice and stays protected when stored away.I would imagine this would be ideal for travel, so I donât have to miss my sauna sessions when Iâm away from home. If youâre looking for an effective, space-saving way to boost your wellness routine, this is a fantastic choice!The benefits of using a sauna, especially with infrared lights, are huge. Even heating & various temperature settings
This blanket was easy yo use right out of the box. It is easy to manage, not to heavy. The zipper is very durable. Easy to store in it’s own bag, easy to take with you. This is very relaxing but also therapeutic at higher temps. I do like the range of temps and that it delivers heat very uniformly. If you live where it snows or is damp, get this. It will warm you to your core. Body aches or arthritis? Get this. It will soothe you. Easy to wipe down and keep clean.

The Lifepro sauna blanket arrived in a neat package. I love the fact that there is a QR code that you can scan to easily access the manual. This also came with 2 detox wraps to help trap in the sweat. This lends to less cleanup after use!Lifepro offers a lifetime warranty along with registration. That really says something about the company in general! Not every place will continue supporting you after purchase.I enjoy the benefits of infrared. I have fibromyalgia & the infrared has helped alleviate some of my pain. I typically workout in an infrared sauna. This blanket is so nice to have handy so I donât have to run to the gym.The blanket looks like a large sleeping bag. There are holes that unzip in the front so that you can have your arms out. The zipper goes all the way to the top, leaving a space for your head to pop out. I have sat in my recliner and watched TV while using the blanket.The controls are located at the base of the blanket. They are attached to the cord. It has a long reach as well. The buttons control the power, time and temperature.I like to use it before I go to bed. After a long day it helps melt away my tension! It leaves me feeling so relaxed & ready to go to sleep. Iâve added this into my nightly bedtime routine!I have been on a weight loss journey & I canât wait to see the results that this blanket adds!The directions to tell you to avoid alcohol use. They also tell you to hydrate.Overall I would recommend this product! The only criticism that I have is the lack of storage for the blanket. Itâs easily rolled. The only reason that I mention that is that my other Lifepro products are typically packaged with some type of storage.

Amazing product! Easy to set up and use. I have already lost a few lbs and sweat like crazy when I have the heat at 160! You can adjust the heat and time settings to your liking! Clean after every use! Iâm 5 feet, 140lbs. It zips on both sides and has zippers for your arms to come out. I lay on the couch or my bed and watch tv for 30-45 minutes at least 2 times a week! Oven only had for 2 months but absolutely love this! Great health benefits!
