A Truly Amazing Product For Cat Independence
Wonderful. Amazing. We now have peace with our cats. We have two of these and it has been such a blessing. They hold three full meals. And keep them nice and refrigerated. They are built extremely well and made to last. Bowls are made of stainless steel and are durable. App works super well and is easy to set up. Good to keep cats food portions regular and keep them healthy.Some things I noticed: the plugs do get very warm. Not sure why but both units the plugs get almost hot.Youâre gonna have to clean this unit regularly to keep it sanitary for your animals. If you use fish wet food the unit will be smelly of fish. The lid too must be cleaned. The tray with the bowls is dishwasher safe. Also you need to figure out where to put the unit. It is rather large.Overall I would highly recommend this feeder itâs the only one that is refrigerated and premium quality that I could find in the market. So far this item works well. Sometimes the bell does not ring when it first opens but you can set it to continue to ring in intervals or until your pet comes to the feeder. My cat took to it pretty quickly. Like that you can check the log for pet activity or open the feeder early if needed. It is a little big so be prepared for needing that extra space. Easy to set up and set meal schedules. Added backup batteries- not sure how long they last for a power outage. Easy to clean and load. Would recommend the stainless steel bowl insert. Gives me peace of mind while I am at work that my cat has the opportunity to eat when he needs to as recommended by his vet.

Very Nice Wet Food Feeder
Iâve been using the Petlibro wet food feeder for a bit now, and honestly, I love it. It holds up to 3 meals, and 2 of them stay cool, which really helps keep the wet food fresh â especially in warmer weather.The plate comes out easily and is simple to clean, which is a big plus. I also like that you can set up the feeding schedule through the app â super convenient and works great so far.Overall, itâs made feeding my cat way easier and more consistent. Definitely recommend it if youâre looking for a smart way to handle wet food!

App terrible, feeder useful
The app is terrible and needs a lot of work. First and most importantly, there is currently no way to open a compartment more than once in a day, so if your pet eats more often than once every 24 hours, you have to use two or three compartments to accomplish twice or thrice daily feeds, making only 24 hours of feeding possible. The only way currently to achieve 72 hours as advertised is opening each compartment once in a day, for a maximum of 4 hours per day. Second, the only way to advance the tray on the via the app is by canceling the schedule, starting a manual feed, and tapping a small icon. Since Iâve had it get confused with a schedule change and I had to manually push the motor around to get it on the right feeding tray. Once it opened the lid but the tray was only half-aligned with the slot. Adding the ability to open each tray multiple times in a day and advancing the tray via the app would go a long way to realizing the full potential of this feeder. I realize some animals will eat everything as soon as the tray opens, but not all pets are like that and having the option to split feeds from one tray in a day is crucial. Third, the manual open option forces you to select a scheduled time, which is hopelessly confusing and ruins the schedule for the day. The manual function should be separate from the schedule and open one time for a chosen duration, e.g. âopen now for 30 minutes.â Fourth, there also needs be a way in the app to play the bell sound that signals opening of the tray lid. That would help in training the pet to approach the feeder upon hearing the bell.UPDATE: I’m taking another star off for the app. If the schedule gets off (which it does frequently) you are hosed. You have to manually push the tray around against the motor, which clearly is not good for it. I would suggest avoiding this until they make the app useful.UPDATE 2: Docked another star down to 1. This feeder is as bad as the app. It manages to stick to a twice daily feeding schedule for a few days, then something happens and it canât figure out which bowl to present. Iâve talked to customer support who have been responsive, but their advice is similarly useless, such as âput the am feed in bowl 2 or 3 and the pm feed in bowl 1â, which shows a complete lack of understanding that the bowl would be turning in opposite directions depending on whether it was 2 to 1 or 3 to 1. Maybe I got a bad device, but my poor cat has no idea when to eat and we canât leave him alone because the feeder is completely untrustworthy. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve been using it for two weeks and I think it’s pretty good. My pur is a seven month old English short. Due to my work, I was away from home for over ten hours. Kittens love to eat canned food, so feeders can effectively preserve freshness. Advantages of the feeder: The material is very high-end, the inner plate is made of stainless steel, and cats are not easily prone to blackening their chins. The bowl is flat and large enough for licking monsters to eat. Plate collection is simple and easy to clean. Good preservation performance. The mobile app is easy to operate and can also customize names, making it convenient to label different ingredients on different plates. The sound of the lid opening quickly made the kitten remember to run back and eat, without the need for additional sounds to remind the kitten to eat (night friendly).Suggestion: The feeder is a bit high for my kitten (not a short legged cat), and the kitten needs to stretch its neck to eat, but because it is high, it is not easy to vomit. Suggest adding a detachable ladder so that the kitten can be padded. When you grow up and no longer need it, you can remove the ladder.

Lo compré para mi cachorro para cuando no estoy y le toca comer.Me costó un poco programarlo la primera vez pero una vez que le agarras el modo ya es muy fácil y rápido.La voz grabada suena alto y bien y al principio es muy útil hasta que el animal se acostumbra a usarlo.Estoy muy feliz con el alimentador.El único pero que le pongo es que tiene un tamaño fijo de croqueta y cuando mi cachorro cambié a alimento de adulto probablemente ya no me sirva.

Received this product in time to give it as a Christmas gift. The owner of it is very pleased with the product :This pet feeder is sleek and modern looking, and easy to clean. All of the adjustments are easy to use, and the food is stored very well, pets cannot get into it. The dish is easy to disconnect and clean, and the canister is a great size for the dry food. Easily programmable portion control and timed feeding is exactly what we needed. I also appreciate the option to have it battery powered, or plugged in. The audio recording feature is revolutionary. If the audio feature is not needed or used, this feeder is fairly quiet as well. The feeding dish has an ergonomic design and our cat finds it easy to eat from. Our cat is one to meow when hungry so this product having four different times to feed is helpful. We have found our cat is adjusting to the programmed feeding times in a positive way. The desiccant filter option is also very helpful to keep dry food fresh, which can go stale. Regarding the audio feature, our cat has actually learned that when the audio goes off, it’s time to be fed, and comes immediately to the feeder, which is convenient when we are not home. We also enjoy the manual feed button on occasion. Overall, the customization with this product is very helpful, I am pleased and I would recommend this product to anyone with a pet! 5 stars!

Compré 2 para mis gatos porque por mi trabajo tengo que salir de casa algunos fines de semana. Los comederos automáticos funcionan de maravilla y son muy resistentes a los juegos dd mis gatos. En caso de que se lleguen a desconectar, éstos siguen funcionando con pilas y no dejan de alimentar a mis gatitos.
