Worth it and cute!
Great bands! All five felt very different and heaviest is definitely something to work up to, it comes with a little bag for storage and also a small exercise book to help get you started. No issues with snapping or bands coming lose, just good set of resistance bands for beginners even! I love having bands that match my color scheme!

Designer quality
Pretty and good quality, slip resistant, good value. they have all the resistance levels, came packaged individually in nice box and wrap, even have a storage bag. After using the heavy band, I noticed the color getting a bit blotchy (see the photo) however this is just what happens to all of these workout bands and canât be avoided.

These Bands are Perfect
I bought these because I love the colors. I wanted something prettier than the typical resistance band colors. These bands are so sturdy. I haven’t had any issues with them slipping and all the resistance levels are there. I’m very happy with these.

Purchased these over 1 year ago and they are still great quality! Elasticity is still strong! Better for upper body and simply lower leg work outs. They tend to roll when I apply to my thighs. Otherwise, great purchase!

Great bands for hip strengthening
I bought these bands to work on my hip strength based on FAI symptoms and to generally improve my quality of life. I love this set because of the various resistance options as I’m weak in some areas and this allows me to work my way up without feeling a lot of pain and probably equally important, not causing injury. I’m sure you can use this for a lot of other things, but for me, these work great for my hips. Suggest checking out videos online for exercise and proper form as there are some good ones, but choose wisely.

Beautiful Colors!
Good product. They come in several sizes, as described, and have different stretches to make the exercise effective. I loved the colors; it’s exactly what I was looking for. I recommend it.
