Worth every penny!
Nice laminator for a reasonable price! Seals the plastic envelopes tote and you can feed the standard size 8.5×11″ in sideways for a faster seal. Timer works great, and the corner notcher is an important handy feature.

A solid choice for laminator
Overall this is a good laminator. Seems very sturdy, effective, and easy to operate overall. Noise level is low and quiet, though a beeping sound, or louder beeping sound of some sort, would be helpful to notify those waiting, when the laminator is heated up and ready to use. Partly why this was given a 4-star rating is due to the slow heat-up time. Our previous laminator, which seemed overall more cheaply made, only took about 1 minute and 30 seconds, whereas this laminator, being much newer and seemingly better built, takes up to 5 minutes to heat.

Customer Service for the win!
We purchased this machine on Sept 10, 2024 and it broke at the end of January 2025. It is out of the return window. Was working great, until it wasn’t. When plugged in, the machine powers on but never warms up and the green light never shows. We have tried several outlets (although as mentioned, it turns on) and we tried the troubleshooting suggestions online. We are using the correct sized laminating sheets and the side botton is on HOT.This machine is useless to us now as the laminating sheet comes out cold and does not seal. We did not purchase the extended warranty. We have yet to find any other suggestions and will be forced to throw this away if we do not hear back from customer service. For this reason, we suggest you research another brand of laminator and not purchase this one.***Follow Up: Customer service did reach out fairly quickly and we did get a full refund for the non-working item. We added a couple of stars because, when the laminator was working, it was working great and we loved the cutting features and the cute corner cutter attached to the bottom of the machine. However, we cannot recommend this product since it never started working again.***Follow Up 3/17/25 In addition to the full refund, customer service did sent a new laminator. This one seems to be working great so far. We’ll keep our fingers crossed!

Disappointing Laminator â Great Cutter, Poor Performance
I really wanted to like this thermal laminator, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the start. I tried laminating two documents, and both were completely ruined â the machine just chewed them up for no apparent reason. I followed all the instructions and used the recommended pouches, but it still jammed.On my third attempt, the document actually came out the other side, but it was totally wrinkled and unusable.The only redeeming feature is the built-in paper cutter on top â that part works well. It’s a neat idea and could have been a great all-in-one tool, but sadly, the laminator itself is unreliable. I can’t recommend this product.

Comes with rounded edge trimmer!
Pros: Surface is warm to touch (safe!). Auto feeder. Starter kit.Cons: Trimmer needs some practice.Continuing to work from home and doing lessons at home we decided to get a laminator to help preserve some of work our child has done.This is our first laminator and it was pretty straightforward to use. I like that it came with a start kit and we immediately did one of his recent work. It has a built in motor so you just put it your paper into the laminator and it auto feeds like a scanner. Easy!Once it came out from the other end we proceeded with the trimmer. The trimmer was a bit odd to use but after a few cuts we got it. I wish there was a better way to indicate where the cut actually happens as we cut too deep the first time around.It has a edge trimmer on the bottom that you pull out and you just place your corner and press on it like a hole puncher. Awesome addon.One safety thing I like to mention was that the top of the laminator was warm to touch as my kid pointed out. A bit worrisome the first time because he just touched it. Whew. I’m not sure about the sides but please keep an eye out.Overall, we are pleased with it and will continue to use it for his accomplished work.

Je ne laisse que rarement des avis. Mais là , grosse surprise.Bon déçu à la livraison, la boîte était ouverte et déchiré. J’avais peur pour la machine. Mais apparemment rien ne manquait.Surprise de voir les petits accessoires comme les porte photo a plastifier. Super idée j’adore. Puis la pince, etc…Mais grosse surprise qui m’a ravie. La massicot. Je l’ai prise pour ça. Faisant l’école à la maison c’est ultra pratique. Mais là , ho merveille, j’ai en plus 3 options de coupe. C’est juste génial. Coupe normale, coupe en vague ( trop cool pour les arts plastiques, c’est jolie) et ma favorite coupe en pointillé. C’est juste parfait. Je peux préparer et pre découper tout mes ateliers et exercices a l’ avance sans que ce soit en morceaux. On a plus qu’à détaché au fur et a mesure. Juste top.La plastifieuse fonctionne très bien. Juste faut comprendre qu’il faut attendre bien la chauffe mais sinon parfait. Vraiment très satisfaite de cet achat.Excellent rapport qualité prix
