Nice size, easy assembly
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a nice size composter for anyone like me who doesnât need a huge container. Â Havenât used it yet but happy with the size and ease of assembly. Â Looking forward to see how well it handles compost and holds up over time.

Great for the price!
Easy to assemble, seems sturdy. The lock that keeps the barrel from spinning is a bit weak, but it works. The door that slides open to fill the barrel is a bit finicky, could’ve used metal guides, but for the price, it works fine. This is my first compost bin and I didn’t want to get one that’s too big or too small, this one has a decent capacity.

Great product and customer service is amazing!
Just what I was looking for. Itâs the perfect size if you have minimal space and donât have the save for or donât need the double. It wasnât difficult to put together and you just scan the code for detailed directions.The main reason I went with the Miracle Grow oneâ¦I read comments and someone had said that customer service was quick with help when needed. I have lately been having issues with missing pieces or damaged items so I thought this was a huge selling point for me. Boy was I glad I did. When I received my box it had a giant hole in the top at the folds. I thought eh, itâs a big hole but the pieces are big so Iâm sure itâs fine. Well I waited like a dang month to open it. Procrastination at its finest. When I did sure enough the middle bar for spinning it was missing. Probably fell right outta that dang hole. I do not blame miracle grow at all this is shipping 100%. So I immediately emailed Miracle Grow. It was Sunday but Monday morning at like 9 am I got a response. I sent them the info they needed and by 5am the next morning they had packed it up and it was ready to ship. Honestly USPS is snail mail and I mean bad! But I am patient and was just so pleased that this was handled so quickly. I was so glad I chose to go with Miracle Grow. Got the part a week later and all is good. Put it together and am very happy. ð

Well made and easy assemble
I just received my composter and was a little worried since it came in a flat box. The assembly instrructions are online and very, very easy to follow. There are many large photos and vidios, all you need is a screw driver. This is my first time trying composting so I will check back and let everyone know how it goes.

Poor quality control
When we received the composter, the holes that were supposed to be punched into the cross bar pipe were punched half off the end. Very obvious to see so seems there is a lack of quality control. Sent them an email and they sent a replacement part the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement part was used and corroded! Strange that they would do that and not communicate a reason for it. When I first reported the issue, they were all about how important it is that their customers be happy. When I sent them photos of the corroded part, they never responded again. We just used the corroded part. I am using this composter on a deck and was not prepared for how much liquid would come out of the holes on the bottom. I have had larger composters before and this was only an issue in the case of a huge downpour. So I had to set the composter inside a large plastic bin with some dirt in it to absorb the liquid because otherwise you could smell it.

Excellent Product – Outstanding Customer Service
Iâm very happy with this compost unit and wish I would have purchased it a long time ago. The quality is great and assembly was easy following the online instructions. Customer service is outstanding. I broke a couple clips during assembly so be careful when you push them in. I used their online Contact Form to ask for replacements and received some extra clips within a week!

Convenient composter
Very easy to assemble. Small enough to keep in the garden. Easy place to put weeds from the garden. Difficult to move around as it gets heavy and needs to be lifted.

Exceptional customer service
I have owned this compost bin for several years and it has been a wonderful addition to my garden. Last summer, the mounting brackets began to crack due to the age of the bin. I reached out to the company for assistance, and they immediately responded and sent me new brackets. They even followed up to make sure I received them and the product was restored to working order. I am extremely impressed by their commitment to customer service, which is rare in todayâs world.

Small and compact, but that is what I was looking for.The assembly can be a little tedious. I laughed at the *use force” step, Force alone won’t do it, you need to make sure the tabs are aligned before any force is used. Some gentle force and finesse would be more like it. However, in the end, it all came together nicely and sturdily. It was assembled in a reasonable amount of time, but I could definitely see some people that aren’t too handy struggling with it. I’m happy with it overall. (Now to get the compost process going…)Update: Upgraded to 5 stars. Since using it, I’ve ordered a 2nd one! This one came together great, experience helps. Having 2 small tumblers is even better!
