Highly Advanced, Powerful Suction, and Easy to Use Piece of Technology
Powerful and easy to install vacuum cleaner with a nice battery life. Also it changes the mode and speed based on the surface it is being used on. Flexibility and maneuverability was smooth and easy. It is easy to hold and use. Got it at a nice price on Amazon Prime Days. Condition was great and brand new. You can use it on hardwood floors, carpets, tiles, but not on asphalt or concrete. The filter was easy to change and clean without any hassles. Compact and light weight as well. It comes with a charging cable.

Great vacuum!
We love this vacuum! It is lightweight and powerful. It’s easy to charge. We love that it’s cordless and very durable. The trash co trainer fills up pretty quickly. We just empty it after every vacuum, it’s easy to empty. We use it to vacuum the carpet, hardwood floors and tile and it does great on all surfaces. I also love that it changes suction on it’s own when a stronger suction is needed. We are very happy with our buy!

Good price point, good performance, lousy owner’s manual
Looking for a lightvweight stick vac to use between uses with a beast of a canister vac. I have a messy husband and a golden retriever, so married folk and dog lovers can relate. Put everything together and started in (it was not fullycharged, out of the box, so didn’t last long). Fully charged, here’s the scoop: it kind of pulls you along; it will stand upon its’ own; almost fully made of plastic, so you have to be careful what you run over or bump into; it will pick up small debris from the doormat (indoor and outdoor); it is not powerful enough to “eat” the scatter rugs while picking stuff up from them; it’s easy to dump out the dust cup and it holds quite a bit; the dust cup is easily washed and the foam disc pad that goes on top of the cyclonic unit; the unit will charge without replacing the dust cup (which is drying); easy to put together and easy to break down to clean; managed to sweep the entire house on onecharge, but didn’t keep accurate time; the light in front illuminates all the dirt you need to clean up and things you missed. I’d say I like it so far.Some down-sides: the “owner’s manual” is a joke as it is all pictures and warnings. I will visit the B&D website to find out if the plastic cyclonic unit can be washed and exactly how to remove the beater brush. Because it is plastic, I know that I will have to be extra careful when using this, but it is not my main vac, so it won’t be getting the hard use that it does.If you want a good everyday alternative to a broom that will do some extra things, this might be the unit for you. It’s a good price point and since I got mine on a Prime Day sale, it was a bit better. I’m on my second B&D Dustbuster in 15 years, so I think the brand speaks for itselfTWO DAYS LATER: contacted B&D directly with an email about cleaning the cyclonic unit and received a reply the next day. Yes, you can clean the unit. Also found additional foam filters on Amazon for a good price so one can be washed and be drying and another can be popped to keep going until the charge is done..

This vacuum is absolutely the greatest. Lightweight and handy for quick jobs. No cord, and no heavy battery to plug in. Has good power. Highly recommend.

I am obsessed with this vacuum. It works so well on all my floors and the amount of dirt it picked up the my old Dyson must have been missing truly freaked me out haha It is so much easier than constantly sweeping my hardwood floors and is super lightweight and easy to turn and maneuver. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

Disappointed
Well I wish I could say that I love this cordless vac but it is really disappointing. When used on rugs it has awesome suction and gets more cat hair off the rugs than even my bigger upright vac but when you move to a bare floor and the suction automatically decreases it does nothing but move stuff around. It pushes crumbs over to the edge of the floor but there is no suction to actually pick them up. I can go over the same spot several times and it still leaves the same stuff. On the plus side, its super easy to empty, assemble push etc. The rug suction is incredible. I will keep it for the carpets in my house but use my INSE cordless on the floors. If they could increase the section for the floors they`d have a fantastic machine.

I got this used at half the price. What can I say, it’s a lightweight battery powered vacuum but it”s especially nice in that it stands on its own so you don’t have to mount it and it does a very creditable job of minor vacuum messes. It has two features that make it very useful. One is that it has LED lights that really help you to see what is and isn’t picked up; the other is that it automatically adjust the suction speed for carpets or bare floors. The second is a little bit hit and miss, but overall its useful. I mostly use it for cat litter getting tracked on Saltillo tile floors and its been terrific for that. The lights make the litter almost florescent, so it’s easy to see if you miss something and it works better than any other vacuum for the uneven surface. But it does a good job on my area rugs as well.The capacity of the storage cup is pretty small but it’s adequate and it’s easier to empty and clean than other low cost battery vacuums I’ve used.

I’ve never used a Dyson but I can’t afford it even on sale! I have 2 other B&D hand vacs on each floor of my house so my kids clean up after themselves. I bought this vacuum because I’m tired of the central vacuum setup and weight. Make no mistake this vacuum can’t beat a central vacuum but it’s light and easy.Battery life mattered most as it takes 40 minutes and this lasts exactly that! It depletes just as I finish the last corner.Easy to clean the canister and the brush head.The negatives is that the brush head is very light. I prefer some weight to keep the head aligned in the direction I’m pushing it. This head flip flops side to side when going under furniture.The battery and ease of use made it worth buying.Update July 2024. The carpet/floor sensor doesn’t work well. Battery life has fallen by a few minutes. I don’t care for the sensor as I use the floor mode first then the carpet mode. This method seems to conserve power.

Compré esta aspiradora para el uso diario en casa y la verdad me sorprendió lo bien que funciona. Es ligera, fácil de maniobrar y las luces LED en el piso ayudan mucho a detectar el polvo, especialmente debajo de muebles.La baterÃa de 16V tiene buena duración si haces limpiezas rápidas por zonas, y el hecho de que sea multisuperficie (piso duro, alfombra ligera, tapetes) la hace muy versátil. No reemplaza una aspiradora industrial, pero para mantener limpio el dÃa a dÃa es excelente.Fácil de vaciar, fácil de guardar, y además se ve moderna con el diseño blanco. Totalmente recomendada si buscas algo práctico y sin cables.

I cannot say enough good things about the Black and Decker cordless vacuum. I purchased the older model in 2024 and have loved it. I wanted a 2nd cordless vacuum for the 2nd floor and thought I would try more expensive models to see if they were even better than this one – I purchased the Shark Pet cordless vacuum from Costco, and also a Monsga cordless vacuum off Amazon, and had to return them both. These other vacuums were 2-3x the cost of this Black and Decker vacuum and did not work nearly as well. I was able to test that by vacuuming the 2nd floor carpeted hallway using the Monsga; and then went over it with the older Black and Decker model. It is not a large area – maybe a total of 12 x 16 feet; and the Black and Decker completed filled the dustbin cup AFTER the Monsga already vacuumed. Without question I ordered the newest version of the Black and Decker vacuum (July 2025) and am so happy that I did. For context, I own 8 cats; one dog; have multiple people living in my house and like to keep everything as clean as possible. The central vacuum is too heavy and annoying with the long hose to lug out frequently, so this cordless vacuum makes all the difference and is easy to grab and move around. It does a GREAT job of picking up pet hair and all sorts of dirt. If you leave it on the automatic setting (which is the setting it is on when you turn it on) then the suction adjusts between low-high depending on the surface you are vacuuming. I usually just turn it on high for maximum results. Because I’m often just doing one floor of my house at a time I have never run into issues with battery life. Emptying the dustbin cup is easier than other vacuum models as well – you just remove the cup and empty; flick the sponge filter a few times to get out dust; and then put the dustbin cup back in the vacuum. The sponge filter is easy to rinse and dry which is recommended that you do frequently. The other vacuums required unlocking the upper vacuum from the lower part of the vacuum otherwise the dustbin cover could not be opened. It was cumbersome to lug the entire top of the vacuum to the garbage and seemed pointless to have to add this step. Also – the light on the front of the Black and Decker vacuum is so handy for seeing dirt on floors; and also if you didn’t turn the room light on before you started vacuuming! I am receiving zero commission or kickbacks for my review- I just love this vacuum so much I want others to enjoy it too! Don’t waste money on more expensive models. For transparency, I have never used a Dyson – I cannot justify spending that much on a vacuum so if that is in your budget I cannot weigh in.One drawback with all vacuums that is true for this one is that it does not provide suction along the edge; so you have to go back with the crevice tool if you want to get the edges of a room. But none of the other cordless vacuums (or my central vac for that matter) are able to clean along the edges so this is more a beef with all vacuums.
