Great heater. Fairly straight forward installation.
Was looking for 2 heaters that would fit under my gazebo vs those tall commercial style ones that are like 7-7.5â tall. These are perfect to heat guest that are sitting down, and they give off some great heat. For my small 12×14 gazebo, they do great. We will see how long they hold up, but so far so good. Assembly was fairly simple.

Good height for seated guests with an attractive flame pattern. Moderate heat output, not super hot.
I was looking for a patio heater that was shorter than the 7.5′ restaurant style heaters that stand tall and blow heat upward. I have a patio cover and will generally be seated on my patio. This is just the right height to look great with the flickering flame and provide heat to seated guests. The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Took about 30 minutes versus the 45 estimated in the instructions. The heat is moderate, so you’ll need to sit close to it. If you have very cold nights I’d recommend going with another unit. This one looks great on and off and is well made.

I like this heater but one arrived with glass broke. Company did give me a $50 credit but didnât get me new glass and now wonât respond. I have a useless heater brand new.

The burnt smell
I never write reviews but this thing is a total mess, and after 2 hours assembling it I turned it on and it smells like a very bad burnt smell to it I had to turn it off not sure why but smells terrible when it lighting

Update – Jefull customer service sent a new part that was made correctly.After install we completed the assembly and fired the unit up.Looks and works really well.Wish they sold a water proof cover for this unit but have not been able to find one.Otherwise I have changed my rating to 4.———————————————–Product arrived with no damage to the box or packaging.All parts were inside the box and looked to be good.Assembly is challenging as the expanded metal that goes around the flame tube is not formed well and needs to be stretched to assemble. (Not really round after assembled – more of a triangle)Our real problem occurred at the base part that holds the flame tube.This weldment was not made correctly and would have cracked the glass.I have a message into the seller, we’ll see what they might do for us.For now – We wait.

It’s well worth the money
We purchased two of these to have in our patio when we have guest over. We recently had two back to back parties for my mom and mother-n-law and they came in handy. It was very easy for one person to put together and only took me 45 mins for the first one and 20 mins for the second one. The heat output is really good and because they’re not tall like your conventional ones… it maintains your guest nice and warm. We get a lot of compliments and they create a nice ambiance. The spiral emitter does rust after a few runs but that’s expected when it’s throwing that much of a flame. However, I wouldn’t knock any stars for that since it’s still functional and more of an aesthetic issue. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and recommend it.
