How long is the war-ranty on the camera and can it be replaced or repaired if something goes wrong?
All COOAU products only need to activate the war-ranty card inside the package to extend the war-ranty to 2 years, depending on the actual product condition for repair/replacement.
I only have a 5 GHz network at home. Will the camera be able to connect to my Wi-Fi?
Sorry, we currently only support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connections, not 5 GHz.

Great camera, solar charged even when hidden
This camera has really impressed me so far. The built-in solar charging works even when itâs not in direct sunlight, which makes placement much easier and stress-free. The video quality is clear, and I love that you get a free 6-second recording feature in the appâitâs super handy for quickly checking activity without paying extra. The app itself is straightforward and reliable, making it easy to review clips or adjust settings. So far, the camera has been rock-solid in terms of performance, and Iâm already planning to pick up another one for my backyard. It feels like a great balance of convenience, reliability, and value.

Simple Installation
This camera is extremely easy to install and setup. The mount is separate from the camera which allows you to attach the mount where you want the camera, and then the camera snaps onto the mount. I was able to zip tie the mount to a gutter for fast and simple installation. The quality of the video is excellent. Being able to pan and tilt the camera makes it so you can cover a larger area with a single camera. The solar panel seems to work well for keeping the battery charged. The battery has never gone below 50% charge. Overall this camera is a great deal for the cost. It is easy quick and easy to install since it uses wifi and is battery powered.

Quality cameras, a lot of bang for the buck.
I’m been watching for good deals on solar powered cameras to monitor my two driveways. These cameras fit the bill for both functionality and cost. The cams are neatly packed and have motion detector, LED lights, microphone, and speaker built in. The install was easy and quick and there is a well written manual. It connected with my WiFi right away. The picture quality is good both day and night as shown in the pictures. The motion detection has good detection without false alarms. In the few days I have had them, the batteries stay charged by the solar. Overall, these are great cameras at a vey good price point.

Great security camera
This security camera comes with its own rechargeable battery and solar panel, eliminating the hassle of cables during installation. The camera head moves 360 degrees, allowing you to find your preferred angle. However, the solar panel on top is tilted at a fixed 45-degree angle, so be sure to position it towards the sun when installing. The video image is very clear and the microphone intercom is also clear. I like that the app has a lot of settings.

Camera with excellent solar battary and picture quality
This is the 2nd security camera I bought from COOAU. My first one is a flood light camera. It runs for years and still good.This solar camera works very well.1. Easy to install. It only take me less than 10 min. to install and setup.2. Solar charging: I believe the BC Solar technology really works. I used for a week now under normal sunlight and the battery is always at full.3. Software: It used the same app as my previous one. Works excellent with ease.4. Picture quality: Picture quality is so clear on both day and night. The camera lens angle can be rotated a wide range.5. Motion detection: Very sensitive.6. Storage: I do not use cloud service. I stored video in the local memory card, and it works perfect.In short, this camera is well build, good function, excellent picture quality. Highly recommend!

Great camera at a great price
This camera was easy to setup and the picture quality is amazing. I have it mounted near a flag but after a couple of hours it learned not to respond to that motion. Battery life is good even though it gets no direct sun. I did add a microSD card, still trying to learn how all of the features work. Very impressed with the quality and features of this outdoor camera.

Une caméra de surveillance top !Je suis bluffé par cette caméra COOAU. L’installation a été un jeu d’enfant, tout est pensé pour que ce soit simple et rapide, même si on n’est pas un pro du bricolage. Une fois en place, j’ai tout de suite été impressionné par la qualité de l’image. La résolution 3MP offre une netteté incroyable, bien supérieure à ce qu’on trouve d’habitude. On peut voir les moindres détails, de jour comme de nuit.La fonction PTZ 360° (panoramique, inclinaison et zoom) est super pratique et réactive, elle permet de couvrir une zone immense sans avoir besoin de plusieurs caméras. La connexion en Wi-Fi 6 est un vrai plus, elle est d’une stabilité à toute épreuve, je n’ai jamais eu de coupure de signal.La détection PIR intelligente fonctionne à merveille, elle ne m’envoie des notifications que quand c’est vraiment pertinent. L’alarme est un bon moyen de dissuasion et la recharge solaire en basse luminosité est une excellente idée. Je n’ai plus à me soucier de la batterie, c’est un vrai confort. En bref, je recommande cette caméra les yeux fermés !

Es una cámara perfecta, compacta y de buena calidad en sus materiales, muy sencilla de configurar a través de su App “Cooau Cam” en español (en la app inicialmente te registras con tu email y una contraseña al efecto) que te lleva paso a paso tanto con una voz de ayuda como visualmente la configuración inicial y funcionamiento de la cámara. Además el video de su configuración inicial que viene en la propia página de venta de amazon (junto a las fotos del producto) ya te describe perfectamente tambien como hacerlo.Es totalmente autónoma en alimentación de corriente desde su panel con tecnologÃa solar BC, una nueva tecnologÃa de alta eficiencia en paneles solares, pero también la camara viene con una toma usb C por si quieres alimentarla directamente con corriente desde un cargador de 5V/2A que a su vez sirve para cargar inicialmente la baterÃa interna. Según indica el fabricante en el manual de instalación si donde colocas la camara no llegase suficiente luz como para cargar bien la bateria a través de su panel solar incorporado poniéndote en contacto con él te provee de forma gratuita de un panel solar extra con cable de 3 metros para que le conectes a esa toma USB desde una zona dónde si le pegue mejor el sol a ese panel extra.La cámara tiene tecnologÃa de conexion por wifi 6 (muy pocas cámaras en este rango de calidades tienen actualmente esta tecnologÃa…), wifi 6 es la última tecnologÃa para la conexiones wifi que dotan de mayor velocidad y capacidad de recepción y conexion, lo cual te favorece si la vas a colocar en un sitio donde la señal wifi llega algo pobre, además también funciona por bluetooth necesario activar a la hora de configurar la cámara con la app.Instalamos 3 cámaras iguales “C5” y su control es perfecto a través de la app Cooau Cam, (OJO……previamente al arranque inicial de las cámaras y su posterior configuración a través de la app hay que cargarlas completamente con un cargador de móvil tipo USB C de 5v/2A a su toma “usb C” que viene en la propia cámara hasta que el led de estado pase de color rojo a azul, tardará más de 2 horas al menos, ya que la baterÃa interna no viene cargada del todo).Viene con todo lo necesario para colgar en pared vertical o en techo su placa de sustentación y sobre ésta placa se coloca la propia cámara de una manera facilÃsima tanto para ponerla como para quitarla.Su visión es perfecta, muy buena resolución, y la app te da muchas formas de poder visionarla en el móvil y formas de detección y grabación (si le has puesto una memoria micro SC). Si quieres a través de una opción en la app te dan gratis en la nube del fabricante 6 segundos de grabación de vigilancia (mas tiempo hay que pagar por ese servicio…) pero lo mas seguro y privado es meter a la cámara en su ranura correspondiente una memoria micro SDXC, yo las metà de 64 Gb y tengo para semanas de grabación ininterrumpida que a medida que se llena va superponiendo las imágenes anteriores previamente ya grabadas.Una vez configurada la cámara en la app (configurar primero una completamente, y luego otra y asi hasta meter todas…) y metido la contraseña del wifi 2,4g (no admite wifi 5g) puedes ver las cámaras instaladas desde varios móviles android o iphone sin tener que repetir el proceso de alta cada vez en cada móvil, bien metiendo en cada móvil la misma cuenta (mismo usuario y contraseña con el que te registraste en la app) en cuyo caso sólo se podrá ver desde uno de los móviles y si entras con otro móvil al meter esa misma cuenta se desconecta la app del anterior móvil y viceversa, o desde dentro de la app hay una opcion que es “añadir miembros a la familia”, algo más complicado pero ahà creo que de esa formasi te permite ver a la vez la cámara desde varios móviles a la vez… término que no he comprobado.La cámara es supuestamente totalmente para exterior con una protección declarada IP66, significa que el dispositivo está completamente protegido contra el polvo (hermético al polvo) y puede soportar chorros de agua potentes desde cualquier dirección, como lluvia intensa o salpicaduras.En resumen es una camara muy buena, de las mejores que he visto y un precio muy contenido para las funciones y tecnologÃa que trae, muy recomendable y muy sencilla de instalar, veremos con el paso del tiempo cómo se comporta.

Sehr gute Kamera, viele Einsatzmöglichkeiten, leicht zu installieren. Preis/Leistung passt. Einfach und verständlich zu bedienen. Einfach entsprechende App runterladen, Kamera hinzufügen und schon steht die Videoüberwachung . Einfach, klar und übersichtlich in der Anwendung. 24/7 im Einsatz. Weiterer Vorteil, man braucht für die Kamera keinen Strom, sondern auch die Solarelle macht Ihre Arbeit. Inzwischen habe ich zweite Kamera an meiner Liegenschaft im Einsatz. Scharfe Bilder werden per Nachricht z. B. aufs Handy geschickt Einfach ein gutes Gefühl.

Ho acquistato questa videocamera per la mia casa e la uso da un poâ. Lâinstallazione è stata facile, la qualità video in 2K è chiara anche di notte grazie alla visione notturna a colori. Apprezzo molto la batteria ricaricabile con pannello solare perché garantisce unâautonomia continua senza bisogno di cavi. Il rilevamento PIR è preciso e la rotazione a 360° permette di controllare bene tutta lâarea esterna tramite l applicazione. Il materiale è solido e resistente. Mi sento più tranquilla e penso sia un prodotto valido per aumentare la sicurezza in modo semplice.

Camera reçue très rapidement et bien emballée.La caméra semble très solide et a un tres beau design.Pour connecter la caméra, , il suffit de télécharger l’application COOAU Cam (disponible sur Android et IOS) de suivre les instructions et en quelques secondes la camera est fonctionnelle et connectée au réseau wifi.En insérant une carte microSD, vous pouvez stocker les vidéos/photos en local, sinon chaque alerte est enrigistrée gratuitement sur le cloud pendant 6sec.Un gros plus, le panneau solaire est intégré à la camera, donc un seul support à installer avec 2 vis (au plafond ou un mur), puis emboiter la caméra dans le support et le tour est joué.Très peu de lumière suffise à recharger en totalité la batterie, ce qui la rend 100% autonomme même par faible luminosité.La caméra est équipée de micro et aux parleurs ce qui permet de communiquer ou d emettre une sirène en cas d intrusion.Elle dispose aussi de 4 led assez puissantes permettant d éclairer ou de faire fuire les personnes.Possibilité de faire des photos ou d enriegistrer une vidéo en live. La qualité d image (photo ou vidéo) est parfaite de jour comme de nuit.A noté que cette caméera étant sur batterie, elle ne dispose pas de flux RSTP/ONVIF.C’est ma deuxième camera COOAU et j’en suis toujours très satisfait, je vous la recommande donc pour sa simplicité d utilisation, des nombreuses options et pour sa qualité.
