Customers say
Customers find the tool apron to be worth the price and appreciate its design. The material quality receives mixed feedback, with some praising the high-quality materials while others note the belt clip is made of cheap plastic. Customers disagree on the size, with some finding it spacious while others say it’s too big. The pocket size is also mixed, with some appreciating the larger front pockets while others find them too big. Love this pouch..strong material… lots of room..
I’ve been in the trade almost 20 years (comm, indus, res, Petroleum)… one of the best pouches I’ve owned. Pouches r strong thick material(not heavy) great stitching.. almost every one that sees it buys one……. only thing I didn’t like when I use my tool pouch and mat.pouch they overlap a little. Tape loop broke on tool pouch… would have 5stars broke tape loop 1 week.

Excellent for electrician.
Love this pouch. Well made and screws and staples do not poke through at all. Has four pouches, two pencil holders and a tape holder that can double to hold a hammer.

Meet “Franklein-pouch” — Klein in name, not quality.
I had high hopes for this pouch after seeing it in the field first then later reading reviews. I don’t feel as though I was extra rough on this particular piece of jobsite wear. In hindsight, I didn’t have my tools turned handle-side down and I tended to pack it full of material, but just standard screws and connectors. After my initial purchase…I didn’t hesitate breaking this in, and immediately wore this every day, long hours a day, and many per week. I can’t see the date purchased, but I’d guess and say 6mos of riding her hard and hanging her up wet.–First the inner pocket seam began unwinding, turning the tool pockets into a giant pouch, wide enough for ANY tool to end up sideways and forearm deep.–Next, the outer material pockets went. They are literally just stitched to the inner pocket and not an actual pocket. It turned into a giant mess but I tried to deal with them both. After about a week of trying to deal and purposely ignoring the unwinding ball of yarn. I took out home and quit using it in the field.I tried to retire the pouch and instead purchased a Mississippi Pouch from Atlas46. They have many other tool pouch offerings, but I went with a simple setup you start. Seemingly much higher quality and durable to boot (+lifetime replacement guarantee for ANY REASON). Unfortunately shipping delays and COVID have held up that purchase and I’ve resorted to fixing this thing myself.I spent 4+ hours stitching this by hand, my finger tips are sore and I stabbed the needle underneath my nail more than once. But it’s worth it to use an apron at work instead of tool belts and the likes. I am an electrician, not a seamstress so please marvel at the stitch-job and take note. You will NEED to bolster the seams and stitch the corners in order to provide your own durability that Klein themselves wouldn’t.I failed to follow my own rule…”Don’t buy ANYTHING Klein unless it’s a handtool. Otherwise, you’re wasting money.”MY SUGGESTION would be to skip the heartache and START with Atlas46. I’ve seen their pouches in the field and am very impressed.

nice upgrade
had been using the carfartt one that everybody has for a number of years until it wore out.Figured I would try this Klein one as it was cheaper and looked sturdier, and it is. It is bulkier than the carfartt one, but this Klein one is better for holding tools; they aren’t flopping around all the time. It is also better for holding materials like nuts, hardware, couplings/connectors and with the larger pockets in the front its easier to find what you need. It will definitely last longer and take more of a beating.

Very nice quality, but bad quality control for me maybe?
Didn’t have it very long, maybe after a week or two, the seams started to come apart and rip. I haven’t even had anything heavy in it really but I can’t really use that side of the pouch anymore because things falls out. A little disappointed in that, but overall, the deep pockets make this pouch.

Must have
Iâm not a fan of wearing heavy tool belts at work but donât wanna make a million trips to my van and tool box so this was the perfect solution I can put my material in front pockets and w/e tools I need in the back pocket and I have extra features like spot for my tape, my hammer, markers and pen flashlight. Just makes sense to have this

Needs breaking in. Stiff at first but fits better as itâs used.Good for electrical trade to carry fittings and hardware. Not to great for carrying slot of toolsâ¦.just basic hand tools ie.) pliers, strippers etc.

This a great product. Very well built and heavy duty. The pockets are huge, which is great if you have only light things to hold. Probably not great for a load of nails as it would get heavy and could be hard to stay up.
