Comfortable but Quality Control is lacking.
Nice chair and comfortable, however, one of the arms cannot be secured due to a stripped out thread on the female side of the bolt insert. Now the arm pops off occasionally.

Back support is fantastic easy to put together
Most comfortable office chair I’ve ever sat in. I’m 6 foot eight a good 250 pounds and I was so comfortable with the back support in the small my back. I liked it so much I invited my neighbor over who is a person that works from home to sit in it and see if she liked it, she did very much. My wife also works from home and she really liked the chair but she’s going order a gray one. It was well packaged and easy to put together. It’s very well built, just make sure to unpack everything before you start. Should take less then 30 minutes to have it together and be sitting comfortably behind your desk.
