Great camera for an affordable price
I just want a simple affordable doorbell camera without the monthly fee extortion that I can monitor and be able to know if someone by my door. This camera fits all the boxes. The quality of the video is pretty good and after a month of testing, the motion sensor works really well too. Now I can see the Live Feed to check if someone at my door when I get the alerts on my phone. It also has an micro sd slot for storage (no extra fees). Of course this camera is no miracle worker at this price point. I notice that when you are too close to the camera, it blacks out and all you see is a blur. But that’s why this camera is under $30, not $100. But for most scenarios, I find out that it captures perfectly who is at the door. Also for the app, so far I have no issue with it. Plus the customer service is phenomenal. They get back to me quickly and are able to solve my problem right away. For the price, this is a great deal. If you just want a simple doorbell camera without any complicated setups (no wiring) or the hefty price tag just so you can have peace of mind while away, just get this.

My camera arrived with the box open the memory cards were uninstalled and the cameras were defective , app failed to find device when scanning barcode so I tried to install manually and that would not work nor would it connect to Wi-Fi I think they were tampered with and thatâs why box were open and cards that mine said was installed was removed.

Pleasantly surprised
I was honestly surprised that it works as well as it does for the price I expected less but I have to say it does a great job video is really nice looking sadly I can’t get the i-365 app to work on Windows so I can build on my computer but at least I have it on the cell phone which isn’t bad and the little Dinger that comes with it is pretty cool too

chime syncing don’t work
Pros: nice video, great sound, I can view the videos snippets without a subscription. Doorbell took me 3 days to get it to sync but it now works great.Cons: none so far.On the battery it started out on 100% on 8/30/25 and add of today it is in 89% . So it might last awhile but I’ll update when it needs charged to let you know long the battery really lasts. I really like this doorbell camera but without the chime working it’s only use is the camera, no doorbell ring.

Just what I needed
This video doorbell works well. The picture is clear, you donât need a subscription to use it. I wish the charging port was on the side instead of the top because I used to charge my old doorbell while it was on the door . This one means Iâll have to remove it and charge in the house. Still like it.

This was the easiest doorbell I have ever set up and I love the fact that it has local storage and no subscription to mess with! The picture quality is great! In fact, I can zoom in and see what my neighbor across the street is reading on his porch!

Great option for a doorbell camera
I got this so my fiancé could keep an eye on her door from a distance. Especially when her ex boyfriend started to stock her and break into her house. This gave her the since of security she needed. I would sujested this one to anyone for the fact you don’t need a subscription to use it and if you want one it’s reasonable. Less than $5 per month in fact. Great camera good battery. The only thing that could be improved is if there was a alarm or special notification if someone trys to take it out of the mount. Basicly anti theft, but since this is installed in a gated community I can’t knock it a star for that personally. Great product! Good sound, easy to setup, night vision, motion detection all work great!

I’ve been trying to use this using the self adhesive mount, but doorframes are set in with the brick wall immediately to the side. And as the infrared lights on this are what allow it to see in the dark, and the wall to the left reflects a lot of the infrared right back into the lens, the picture is way, way too dark. There is no way in the settings to make the picture settings ignore this incredibly bright area, so the whole thing is dark. Some stuff can be made out, like someone standing right in front of the camera, but the car in the drive may as well be out of shot. If there was just some way to cut out this bright bit out so that the camera knew the image was too dark and adjusted the brightness it would be much more useful. But as it is, I’m going to have to remove it and wall mount it if I want it to work at night, which I really didn’t want to do as it won’t be close enough to the door for the daytime.The SD card is also inside the doorbell, which is disappointing as it can easily be ripped off the wall and taken, then you’ve lost your evidence. I assumed the card was in the indoor part and the feed was being streamed to that. But that part is just a ringer. And it’s a bad shape too. I can’t get it plugged in anywhere so I’m going to have to get a USB extension lead just for that.The app works pretty well mos of the time but it’s not got a lot of settings and it is a bit clunky for loading the stream. It has loaded as a negative a lot of times and always shows a negative on the preview. It comes with a year of cloud storage but it can only record in 60 second clips after motion detection. So it always seems to miss the beginning of the motion.It also has unusually shaped batteries which need to be in the unit to charge and take 12 hours to charge. So you are without the camera for 12 hours and anyone passing by can tell it’s not on, as it isn’t there. It seems silly to have a security product like this that doesn’t have redundant batteries. I’d rather it lasted half the time, so you could cycle the two batteries, charging one at a time outside the unit.It’s not bad just as a video doorbell/intercom, but it has a lot of downsides as a home security product.

Having never had a video doorbell before this is a novel experience for me. I followed instructions to the letter, and while it was easy to connect up and get set-up the instructions on where to place it left me placing it too high and so it wasn’t picking up people at the door properly, nor showing them properly, because it was too high. So I have had to move it and not wanting to drill holes in my door or wall I have had to find alternate sticky pads, fortunately I had some to hand.The picture quality, normal and night, seems fine to me as does the sound. I particularly like that it has an internal ringer with a ridiculous amount of ‘chimes’ to choose from. I also like that it’s just an app for it, there is no subscription or anything.
