Excellent purchase in every way – new vibe for my yard – can it just be night all the time now?
My nephew unboxed these (3 boxes to go around my small backyard which totals around 150 feet in perimeter) and had them up in minutes. I think it took him 30 minutes total (and that was with contemplation and whimzey putting them up) putting them up and together.He has 3 attached and 1 remote controls all! There are multiple functions, and the device has range, my yard goes back about 30 feet from the house.They came in labeled boxes with large, whimsical, OG looking bulbs (if that isn’t for you, then look for “fairy” lights). I love that they seem like Christmas light size from old days except they are white or gold. Each string has a solar panel which is sizable, like a small ipad, that goes in the ground.They already had a solar charge upon putting them up even after sitting in the box for who knows how long (over a week at my house alone). I will update my review on the longevity of these. But at the price point and zero hassle putting them up, they are a win to me.I would buy these again to go around trees, at Christmas, the entryway if I had something to hang them from. They are glorious and 2-21-25 was a memorable day for me that my late brother’s son put these up. Our lakefront yard looks amazing at night under the stars and trees <3 My photo is taken through a window, thus there are reflections, but you can see the whimsical beauty even better through the mind's eye of reality.This is one of my favorite Amazon purchases of all my years buying on Amazon (about 10) because of quality of product, ease of setup, beauty, value.

Very nice, work well, nice features, good for mood lighting, not to make an area brightly lit.
Exactly as expected. These work very well under solar power. There are some nice settings so you can dim, have them automatically cycle brightness. Well constructed. That are not what you would call bright, they will illuminate an area but only good enough to see. More for mood lighting rather than to illuminate an area. They come with a spare bulb and mounting hardware. I strung them along the edge of a 24×12 deck rail and they make for a very nice mood illumination.

I absolutely love these outdoor string lights! They add the perfect ambiance to my patio and have really elevated my outdoor space. The multiple light settings are a great featureâI can switch between a steady glow or a fun twinkle depending on the mood or occasion. Best of all, theyâre solar powered, which means no messy cords or higher electric bills. They charge well during the day and last all evening. Dawn To Dusk?????
Update Feb/2024Early Jan/2024 the lights became erratic. It became apparent that the solar charge was not doing it’s job. Contacted company explaining what was going on. Suspected it was likely the battery which according to company could not be replaced. Addlon got back within 48 hours indicating that they would replace the charger. Obviously they were prepared to back up the 1 year warranty that was indicated on Amazon. Within a day of providing address had an email confirming shipping of replacement which arrived expeditiously. To say the least I was impressed that the company did provide support and stood behind their product. I do like the lights and very much appreciate the remote. The dawn to dusk issue has faded as if and when need light in morning it is quickly set up with remote. Changing from 4 stars to 5 stars. In today’s world a company that provides support and stands behind their product needs to be recognized, at least as I see it.Installation went fairly well once got the cables untangled which was my fault. Later I find instructions on a small card in bottom of box on how to “unwind cable” in an alleged easy manner. Do like the solar panel set up. Able to install and keep cable out of sun. Sun tends to eat things up around here. There are 2 issues. For a most senior person the instructions were lacking and/or confusing. The second issue is dawn to dusk which is primarily why the set was ordered is about 6 hours. The lights start with dusk which is coming 20:00 and are gone by somewhere around 02:00. Dawn around here is closer to 06:00. The dusk to dawn is about 6 hours so have to shut down on a timer. There is still plenty power for the lights if turned on after 02:00 with remote. Not a big enough issue to uninstall and send back but not dusk to dawn in my book. The lights do work well and do like that brightness can be adjusted.

Love them so far
Install was easy. Lights have weather several heavy thunderstorms so far. There are a few different settings for the lights for brightness and blinking. These are easily selected with a remote control. The solar panel is in direct sun most of the day and even provides enough power on cloudy days. If needed there is a usb charge option too. I hope they they last a while. But I will put them away when we pack up the summer stuff for the winter.
