Returned due to mismatched product in box
After several attempts to connect the camera to the service we found that the IMEI# and ICCID# on the box did not match the numbers on the camera. The Screen on the camera would not stay on even after changing batteries. The camera would not connect to the Verizon Service in same the area that all other cameras work with no issues. I was charged $32 for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I hope they didn’t put it back in stock as it didn’t work!!! Very unhappy!

Difficult or Impossible to Set Up
My dad bought this device. I’m a SW developer, and spent a full day trying to get it set up. I can’t imagine a worse user interface, and lack of step-by-step documentation to allow this thing to be configured. Still not taking or sending photos. Updating the firmware is a joke — we retried about 30 times until we succeeded. Turns out that is the way to do it, just keep retrying. It’s like a Version Zero product. Wait until V2 or V3! 🙂
