This works and cleanup is easy.
Exactly as depicted. I use this often to grind my suet in order to render tallow. VERY helpful and much easier than trying to cut it all by hand.

works fine as intended, time will tell
after 2 attempts at generic made in china brands, and wasting over 165 dollars, I decided I had to go with KitchenAid brand, even though I didn’t like the plastic casing, which is why I didn’t buy in the first place. The made in china shaft broke grounding beef, if you can believe that, yes, “Supposed stainless steel” lost to organic meat, introducing made in china. Now I haven’t used this long, and I feel I have to be very careful about using it (it’s got metal impregnated into plastic so I don’t know how long that’s going to last), but so far it’s fine. The built quality is much better than generic brands, I guess in some cases, you still have to insist on name brands, there’s no short cut, even if they are also ripping you off, there’s no out this day in age for American Consumers.

What will you grind today?
Fantastic product. Easy to set up, use and clean. Took trimmings from a top sirloin roll, pork tenderloin and some deer stew meat – slowly added them to the grinder and made my own burger mix. No wasted meat or fat.

Easy Attachment
This mixer attachment was easy to put on and worked well. I felt like it was a good value for the money.

Great for brisket
Use to grind up my trimmings of brisket for chili. Only got it clogged up once, but as long as I donât try to push it and the meat is cold enough, it works like a charm. Would recommend to anybody that already has the mix stand.

So good!
Works perfect. Love that they made this attachment so you didnât have to buy a whole machine.

Great value
My husband loves to smoke brisket and we always have trimmings that we can now grind up. I also love that we can may our own ground chicken since it’s not something that is often in stock at our local market. Super easy to use. Cleaning is easy, fits perfectly on my kitchen aid and in my storage bag.

I am not an active cook and used this grinder maximum 10 times mainly for grinding vegetables and soft meat (without bones). The internal metallic part got broken after several times of use. I have contacted KitchenAid support and they said that I need to buy a new grinder, they don’t offer any repair service, neither that part is available for sales anymore. What a disappointment.
