Iâve had this feeder for just over a month and so far itâs been working well. The food does not get jammed, itâs easy to program, and it runs right on schedule.I have four cats, so I bought two of these feeders, and I like how I can name each feeder on the app to identify each one. I can also add and take away feeding times, according to need.Overall, I definitely recommend this feeder.

Works great for our cats.
I wanted a dual feeder that I could program for feeding times and this works exactly as advertised. Our cats now know the sound of meals being dispensed and come running. I like the flexibility of the app to set up feeding times and serving size. I can also dispense food as needed with my phone if I want to give them a snack.You will need to plug it in as batteries don’t last long and are really for backup. Also, don’t throw away the silica gel pack that comes with it, you’ll need to place it in the lid of the feeder.

Great (with a couple of quibbles)!
I like the overall design of this feeder and I love that I am able to use the ubiquitous Smart Life app to control it. It holds enough dry food to last my four adopted fur-monkeys at least 5 days. The assembly is easy and all the parts, with the exception of the lid (more on that in a bit), fit together nicely. The app connected quickly to the unit, and has maintained its connection ever since — even regaining connection on its own after losing wi-fi hear and there.I have only a few gripes, and fairly minor ones at that. One is the lid. I doesn’t so much snap in place and sit atop the unit – if you orient it correctly. For it to stay put, the feeder comes with a velcro strap to span across the lit. This does the job, but, c’mon, how hard would it have been to design this with a snap in lid with a button to release it? I also dislike the part that divides the portions into the two bowls. This is too low which results in the food being deposited too close to the dispenser and tends to get a bit backed up when the bowls get too full. Lastly, I wish you could setup up the scheduling for multiple hours at a time. As it is, you have to set one feeding at one hour, then the next and the next. It would much easier to say that I want it to dispense 3 servings every 3 hours, for example. Overall, I am happy with this feeder, though.

Will survive Raccoon attacks.
Best automatic feeder I’ve had in a while. Sturdy. Designed well, easy to clean and dispenses smoothly. The app works very well. It’s been attacked by raccoons several times, and still functions as if new. Would recommend.

Great for dogs
I’m using this for a dog feeder and we use pedigree kibbles which are pretty big considering. This little guy will chew right through it and just send them out. When I say little guy this is a very big feeder in the bowls are good enough for medium size mouths. I have the app set up and set my schedule for feeding. It had no issue with that and what I like the most is the battery backup where you can add rechargeable batteries non nicometal hydrate. It was easy to set up and it’s easy to use it came with a strap so the top won’t get knocked off or many times I’ve had cats knock over feeders with food everywhere. Stops dispensing while on vacation
This feeder does NOT continue with schedule if it becomes detached from the app. I purchased for my 3 kitties and recently I was in vacation for 2 weeks and it stopped dispensing (this was not the first time!). Luckily I had a house sitter so they were still getting daily wet food. This happens if I donât open the app every dlfew weeks and of course, when Iâm home, my kitties let me know. Iâm Very unhappy.

Hubby and finally got fed up (no pun intended) with getting up at 5 am to feed our two felines. We also ran out of friends and acquaintances to come in and feed our fur babies if we were away visiting family. (None of our kids live close.) After seeing the auto feeder one if my daughters bought for their dog, I began searching for a simular set up for our cats. I thought I would have to purchase two feeders, but was pleasantly surprised to find feeders for multiple pets. O happy day!!
