Ergonomic office chair
I am giving this a 5 star it arrived earlier than expected which is good. It is a good quality product, very comfy and the lumbar support is a big help on my back as well as the head rest. I highly recommend this ergonomic chair. Plus the price was reasonable at the time of purchase. I am not sure if the price change after.

Comfortable with good support
Great chair, I work from home and I’m in it 10 hrs a day. Just the right amount of lumbar support. I didn’t get the version with the foot rear as I already had a footstool under my desk.

Update: The customer service is excellent. The team reached out, apologized and offered their full support to rectify the situation. I told them I like the chair and would like to keep it (without the headrest of course).Original Review: The chair is good, but the headrest is too forward ahead and was getting uncomfortable, so I had to pull it out. The design of the headrest removal mechanism is so bad that you can hurt yourself. The instructions say “place it (headrest) on the lowest point and then pull it out with force” … seriously, pull something towards your face with force? How does this pass safety standard? The force required to pull is really hard. 2 people tried and gave up thinking they might break the chair, and then I finally pulled it but it slammed on my face.

Much nicer and sturdier than expected.
Only had a few days, but boy is this a lot nicer than I was expecting. MUCH more sturdy than your average sub-$300 office chair. I always get those purple gel pad things for my chairs, but this one I may not have to at first (we’ll see).

Okay chair at best if you are really scrawny or a small teenager. Not sure if this chair was designed for adults.Armrests are really low at thigh level non adjustable. Armrests don’t completely move out the way at the 90 degree position, they jab you in the back of the arms.Base is somewhat sturdy but the casters are trash.

A good office chair for the price
A very good office chair with good support for the price. I would not recommend this chair for heavy and large people. The chair requires assembly, and is not the best engineered chair as far as assembly. The arms can be moved out of the way and is great for guitar players. The height of the chair may be too low for some uses, and the chair does not really recline, but has some give. Now for the test of timeâ¦
