Kershaw’s TX-Tool is just right for adjusting any Kershaw knife. Whether switching a pocketclip, tightening a screw or adjusting the pivot tension, Kershaw owners now have the perfect tool for most every adjustment. The TX-Tool is a new and improved version of the original T-Tool. It includes five key bits for adjusting Kershaw’s: T-6, T-8, T-10, and a #2 Phillips for most Kershaw knives, plus a slotted screwdriver bit for the pivot of the Kershaw-Emerson products. A magnetic bit driver tip makes changing bits easy and all bits store conveniently inside the TX-Tool’s handle. A pocketclip, with a cutout Kershaw logo “K”, makes it easy to carry the TX-Tool wherever you go. Weighing only 1-ounce, the TX-Tool is conveniently lightweight and easy to carry comfortable in any situation.
Strong aluminum body construction is lightweight, and includes a knurled strip near the tip for better gripping power while tightening and loosening hardware
All bits store conveniently inside the TX-Tool’s handle
Switch a pocketclip, tighten a screw, or adjust the pivot tension with the TX-Tool
Works on all Kershaw pocket clips to make position adjustments
Customers say
Customers find this multitool to be a great quality tool that works well on most knives and is perfect for Kershaw knife users and collectors. They appreciate its compact size and well-made torx bits, considering it well worth the price. The magnetic bit retention receives mixed feedback – while the holder and magnet are good, customers note that bits barely hold onto the magnet. Customers report durability issues with the bits, mentioning that they break off during use.

Works great. Easy to use
I like Kershaw knives. I have 5 or 6 of them. They’re quality knives at a decent price. I’ve been wanting to change the pocket clip on a couple that I carry but didn’t have the right tool. I bought this and withing 3 or 4 minutes had the clips changed. I grabbed one if my Kershaws that I rarely carry and took it almost completely apart and put it back together with this tool, just to see what all it could do. Price was great, it works like it should. Happy with this purchase.

Great tool for working on pistols
I was looking for a tool to work on my pistol (Sig P365 AXG Legion). I didn’t want to buy a whole TOrx set, as it’s cumbersome to carry around. THis set has all of the bits I need to use on parts like my optic and weapon light. And since all the bits are easily stored inside the tool, it easily fits inside a pen slot in my range bag. Love that it’s magnetic and retains those little screws so you don’t lose them. Perfect tool for the job!

Great value
Works well and for the money a good value, wanted to take with me when traveling and didn’t want to break the bank JIC it was lost. This fits the bill nicely, bits fit tight but do not seem to be made of super hard steel…will see how they hold up. One complaint….the bits rattle around in the handle when stored so if you carry it be prepared to sound like Mr. Bo Jangles. I put a small length of 550 cord on top of the bits then screwed the cap on, this stopped the rattling and the cord can be fished out pretty easily to get the bits out. Would have given 5 stars for the money if it were not for sounding like a Salvation Army Bell ringer when I carried it.

Finally able to fix the clip on my knife!
One of the problems with using the clip to carry my knife in my front pocket is that the clip occasionally gets caught on something and bends it far enough that it won’t clip tight any longer. The only way to fix it is to take it off and bend it back. Seems like an easy task, unfortunately because of my own stupidity, I thought the screws were allen head, but couldn’t get any of my allen wrenches to work. Thank goodness I finally figured out that it was a torx head. I had a torx bit for one of my screwdrivers at home so I tried it but the screws stripped it right out and I was only able to get one of the two screws out. Ordered this one and it worked perfectly. The clip came right off and I was able to bend it back for normal operation as well as move it to the other side for left hand carry. Very nice design with high quality bits that don’t seem to strip easily. So glad that I ordered it.

Ok, just kinda feels junky and cheap
My first decent pocket knife was a Kershaw Leek about 13 years ago – I have purchased many other higher end knife brands since that day and Kershaw has been a name I have trusted since day one – I stick exclusively to USA made Kershaws nowadays if I do buy them but I have gotten one or two of their cheaper produced china line knives in the past and was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price – I guess since I have trusted the Kershaw name for so long now, I had a bit higher expectations for this tool – I will say for $13 I honestly didnât expect awesomeness and assumed that it was a China made Kershaw product (which it is) but since the couple of China produced knives of theirs I had gotten in the past were decent, I figured that this item would probably be fine as well ⦠and IT IS OK, just ok – All of the bits were there and store conveniently inside the body – They donât appear to be as defined as a decent precision head tip but they all seemed to fit correctly – The bits attach to the driver magnetically fine as well – Though, while using the bits in the driver there is an annoying amount of play in the tip while turning ⦠too much play for my liking when it comes to such small screws – Aesthetically it is gaudy looking as well – Ugly to the point I canât believe Kershaw would have ever green lighted the design of this thing – It seriously looks like a cheap impulse item that belongs sitting next to the self checkout section at Walmart for $5 – The body is all metal and feels cheap – Personally, I absolutely hate the feel of this thing between my fingers – No grip at all and for some reason they decided it was a good idea to put these ugly rings all around the body – im not sure if the rings are supposed to be for grip or aesthetics or what, but they donât serve either purpose, or any purpose to me at all; it just feels like sharp uncomfortable edges all down the shaft – After receiving it and messing with it for a few minutes, I just stuck it back in the box and started the return process – This was actually just intended to be a tool for my brother who recently got a nice Benchmade 940 that may need tuning here and there and he doesnât own a torx set – So, I figured this would cover the simple basic sizes that most knives use for a decent price – I got back on Amazon and found a much better looking 24 bit torx set for $10 that he will now be receiving instead – This Kerchina thing will be going back on the shelf at the Amazon warehouse!

Bottom of the barrel Junk, but more importantly ITâS COMPLETELY MISSING THE BLOODY T6 BIT!!!! When I contacted the muppet that sold it, got no response. If you want to throw your money away, just throw it away, donât buy this crap, at least then it might be used for something more useful⦠like drugs and alcohol or something to distract you from not fixing your knives.

Compact well machined screwdriver that has all the bits I require for my Kershaw knives. Perfect.

Muy útil, trabaja bien y tiene un diseño atractivo. Lo único que le falta es una herramienta o punta mas chica para cubrir un mayor rango de tornillos.
