Amazon Customer –
Blink Camera with flood lights.
The 4th generation Blink camera is really an improved version. The floods work really well. This is the 2nd one I have purchased.

Horrible product. Waste of money and time.
On call with tech support multiple times. When working this is a good item. However you have to take the camera apart and reset it constantly for the motion activated lights to work. Even the on off switch on the lights continues to require a constant reset. Tech support is hit and miss. Would definitely not buy again!

Flood light security
Great addition to the blink system I have. Itâs nice you can turn on and off the flood light. The batteries last for a long time. The motion sensor sensitivity is nice.
Disappointing –
DO NOT BOTHER!
The camera worked fine but flood lights did not, even after working through this issue with blink tech support. Blink recommended that I return it and get a replacement. After seeing the other reviews, I will find another brand.

DO NOT BUY THIS WIRELESS FLOODLIGHT. AMAZON NEEDS TO PULL IT DOWN NOW!
Do not buy this camera. Wait until they come back with the updated gen 4. This would not work straight out of the box.Amazon needs to pull it immediately. So many people are having problems with it.

NOT recommend for real peace of mind!
Outdoor4 Floodlight CamerasI purchased two Outdoor4 floodlight cameras, hoping theyâd help us monitor our home and dogs and give us some peace of mind. The price seemed great at first, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustratingâthe hassle far outweighs any sense of security.Live View Delay & Poor Motion DetectionLive View Delay:One of the biggest problems is the 4â7 second delay in the live view. By the time I can actually see whatâs happening, the moment has already passed.Ineffective Motion Detection:The motion detection is just as disappointing. The cameras donât alert us when someone or a vehicle first arrives. Instead, we only get notified after the person has already come up to the door, delivered a package, and is walking awayâsometimes theyâre already back in their vehicle before we even get the alert.Security Concerns:Whatâs the point of a security camera if it only shows you people leaving? That’s if I’m lucky that it even picked up that! This completely defeats the purpose of monitoring for unexpected visitors or threats. All we get is footage of someoneâs back as they walk awayânot the security or reassurance we were promised in the Blink system.Floodlight IssuesUnreliable Performance:To make things worse, the floodlight constantly goes “offline”, giving messages that the batteries are dead or that itâs unpluggedâeven when neither is true. I replaced the batteries twice in just ten days, but the light still refused to work.Unhelpful Troubleshooting:I contacted Blink support and followed every instruction. Strangely, the floodlight started working again on its own before they even replied. But within a week, the same issue happenedâit went “offline” again. I climbed up, took it down, and confirmed the batteries were fine and it was still plugged in.Still Not Detecting Motion:Despite following all the troubleshooting steps, the floodlight still wonât turn on with motion detection. At this point, itâs completely unreliable and useless for security.Final ThoughtsOverall, these Outdoor4 floodlight cameras have been a huge disappointment. The constant delays, unreliable motion alerts, and ongoing floodlight issues mean they do not deliver on their security promises. I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for real peace of mind.

Lights Quit Working After 1 Week
Donât bother. The camera works pretty fine but the floodlights stop working after the first week. I contacted Blink and their response was âthis is a known problem and we are working on itâ, and after I followed up – complete silence. It worked great the first week and I was super happy about it. The camera detects people and/or vehicles, which is nice. Useless without the lights though, which is what I specifically bought it for. Blink is known for their hit or miss quality for security products.
