Flashers are NOT recommended for use on applications that exceed continuous temperature ranges, as listed. Ex: Single Wall pipe with Flashers pipe flashing mounted close to heat source. Product failure may occur with temperatures exceeding applicable ranges. Use on projects out of the scope of the intended use or temperature range will void any possibility of manufacturer replacement.

EPDM Flashers are rated to service a continuous temperature range of -65 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Flashers’ flexible rubber won’t crack and allows for expansion, contraction, and pipe vibration. The heavy rubber fold and aluminum ring at the base allows them to fit any roof pitch or metal profile.
Flashers require no special tools or complicated installation methods. The rubber cone is clearly marked with pipe dimensions, in both inches and millimeters, so it can be easily customized with tin snips or scissors.
Our Flashers product line holds a Certificate of Listing with IAPMO R&T. This shows our products are in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).

Very good quality and does exactly what it should in any weather.
After multiple metal flashings I finally broke down and purchased this flashing. I can’t tell you how many metal flashings have failed over the winter due to snow sliding down out metal roof. Things were getting expensive and the labor was not cheap. I addition when the flashing fails rain finds its way everywhere. Not a single issue or leak since installation. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Good replacement for my old boot. Sealed good, weâll see how long it lasts? I added a metal shroud above it on the pipe to protect it from falling debris like hail and other natural disasters.

Worked great! Common sense required for install
Common sense is needed for installation. Caulk, check! Self tapping screws, check! Common sense, check! I slid it onto my double insulated pipe to see where I needed to trim it and then did so. Secured my double insulated pipe on the inside with my metal strapping I purchased. Again, use of common sense is required. I only mention this after reading other reviewers comments. After pipe secured, I used a little WD40 on the pipe which helped it slide over the pipe. When it was in place I molded it around my metal siding. I used it on the side and not for a roof application to help with not have leaks later on down the road. I used âThrough The Roofâ silicone and then slid the sleeve up to the siding. Then secured it with self tapping screws for a nice tight fit. Afterwards, I ran a bead around it to make sure it was sealed up and no water can leak through.Super happy with the product and would purchase again.
