Love it!
I was expecting a lot from this unit. It delivers!!! Very nice sound hooked to my f6000 Samsung TV. Full lifelike sound with rich base and room filling sound. Really does a good job of simulating a theater experience. Much easier to understand dialogue compared to the tv alone. The Q-symphony function works flawlessly. I hooked up using the ARC-HDMI hookup and all I had to do is turn everything on, select proper mode on the tv and sound bar it worked without having to pair anything or using complicated hookups. Very satisfied

Bang for your buck
I had a Sonos sound bar that I loved. Unfortunately, my toddler knocked it down and the optical input broke and will no longer connect to my tv. I didnât want to spend another thousand dollars on a sound bar so I purchased a cheaper option from target. A Lg sound bar and sub and was extremely disappointed with the sound quality. I appreciated my Sonos sound bar so much more after that purchase. Needless to say, I returned it and started my research on another option. I found the Samsung sound bar and did some homework before dishing out anymore money. After being pleased with the YouTube reviews I purchased it and Iâm not disappointed. The sound quality is great. You couldnât get more bang for your buck than this system. Sub sounds great. The voice enhancement setting is great. Clear crisp sound. You wonât be disappointed.

Had issues with the first one but replacement is doing great so far
We hooked up the sound bar when we first got it and it worked great for about a day and a half then all of a sudden it stopped working. No sound on any of the inputs and we went through all the trouble shooting steps. Got a resent out and so far itâs doing great! Good sound quality especially with the subwoofer

Product failed in 2-1/2 years.
I purchased this item – HW-Q600B on Jan-27, 2023 for $397.99. We used the soundbar up to July 20, 2025 (approx 2-1/2 years). On July 21, 2025 the soundbar would not power on. There was no change in set up, no electrical storms, nothing. I communicated with 3 different people at Samsung going through their troubleshooting process on my own and with Samsung at least twice. Samsung offered to repair the soundbar if I paid $290.00 up front for the repair (73% of the original purchase price + my shipping cost). I have expressed my displeasure to Samsung but of course there is no response to this. I bought the soundbar for the Q-Symphony feature with a new Samsung TV. I didn’t find any significant benefit to the Q-Symphony feature. If you have any Samsung product, I would recommend that you turn off any automatic update setting. Google Samsung automatic update failures. I will not be purchasing any Samsung product in the future.

Q Symphony is Awesome!
I have a Samsung Q80B 85″ TV with 6 decent built-in speakers. I got this 600B sound system with rear speakers for about 400-500 bucks total, which is about the cost of 1 speaker from other brands that I was looking at. With Q Symphony I have 13 speakers all working together all controlled by my one Samsung TV remote. It sounds amazing and it is loud enough to cause fights with my wife so that’s good enough for me. My 6 decent built-in TV speakers did not go to waste thanks to Q Symphony. I love this sound system.

Amazing sound if you get it in good price!
I bought a “Like New” Q600B soundbar, which was very reasonably priced. For this price, the sound is excellent. It is crisp and clean, with a good amount of bass. I bought and added a set of “refurbished” rear speakers (9200S), which took the experience’s quality to a different level! The rear speakers add an immersive experience. DOLBY ATMOS works, but my room has high ceilings, and I could not notice it even when the sound level for ATMOS is increased to MAX.

I didnât realize that the soundbar was âreconditionedâ by Samsung. This explains the significant price difference to other sites selling new product. I needed to read more carefully. Having said that, Sound quality is good on Disney and Netflix but Voice is still unclear and too soft on most Prime video. Iâve come to believe itâs a problem on the Prime side audio signals.Overall, having three Channels with the height feature is worthwhile.
