Good Lock for price
This is a great lock. It was easy to install and great value for the price. It connects to an app and you can lock or unlock your door from anywhere. It can also be added to your Siri! The app tells you battery percentage, so you will know when to replace them.

Was kind of difficult to set up, set up works great I love the alerts and you do not have to sign up for the service works great without it. Family members have codes allows me to monitor a home doors. Again I can do all of this without paying for anything

Great value and function. I was able to set up 6 different codes for myself and family members as well as have the ability to lock and unlock it remotely from my phone. I also like that you can plug in an external battery with a usb-c plug as a power source to unlock from the outside if the batteries are dead.

Great value for the price
Easy installation and set up. So far both locks I got are working perfectly. I also love being able to check on my phone to make sure the doors got locked and if not I can lock it from my phone.

Hard to set up, but probably still worth it
Unlike the last digital deadbolt we had, this one reliably opens and closes when requested to do so. And once set up, it can be operated by numerous methods, regular key, PIN, app. But a 2.4 GHz WIFI connection is mandatory — there is no manual method of changing the factory default PIN. And the instructions are abysmal: printed way too small, sometimes with poor contrasting colors, confusing (covers too many different models) and difficult to get a positive outcome. They should have just put a URL on a slip of paper and had comprehensive instructions on-line. And no, there aren’t a lot of You-Tube videos for this model on-line to make up for that. Also be aware that at this price point, this unit is not heavy-duty, and a good whack with a five-pound hammer would likely shear the outer unit away and allow direct access to the deadbolt retraction. Suitable for a typical home, but a poor match if your door is steel in a steel frame. If you can put up with the one-time frustration of the setup-up, it’s a pretty good deal for the money.
