Doesn’t work
These bands are so small by the time you place the band above your knees it’s so rolled up that it ends up being a half inch wide. It ends up a stiff piece of material and then you can’t do the exercise you wanted to do. If I could give less than a star I would.

These are the bands my physical therapist is using, and I really like them. Each color is a different level of resistance and makes it easy to grab the right one when I’m working out.

Really not the best
They roll up extremely easily and I found myself spending more time unraveling them then actually getting to workout. Once I got them to stay they were good and the levels of resistance are good. Iâm a relatively petite woman and it was a little difficult to get both of my legs through.

Ich habe vor kurzem meine widerstandsfähigen Bänder erhalten, die mit einer niedlichen Netztasche geliefert werden. Die Bänder haben eine schöne, leuchtende Farbe und sind sehr robust, allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl, dass ich ein wenig mehr Flexibilität bei den Bändern benötige. Sie sind so robust und eng, dass es eine kleine Herausforderung ist, sich zu bewegen, besonders für Anfänger. Ich werde sie weiter benutzen und hoffentlich ein wenig mehr Flexibilität erreichen. Ich denke, ich werde diese Bänder noch eine Weile haben.
