Good for large gaps
Had a 2 inch gap under the door for my garage, finding something simple to fix that was kind of a pain.Ran into this and decided to give it a go.Definitely suitable for fixing the gap problem, but did run into some other problems along the way of installing. The adhesive wasn’t sticking very well and the nail like pins it comes with breaks very easily. I opted just to use some staples on it as it’s just a garage door.

I needed this for the gap until my storm door. It was easy to cut and install. Itâs good quality and has held up well the through different seasons and weather. Highly reccomend to keep drafts out!!

Poorly Packaged
I think the product is decent for what it is, but the way it was packaged leaves permanent creases in multiple places. So instead of a nice straight seal, you end up with a wavy seal that looks cheap and ugly. They are not as sturdy as I expected either, they are fairly soft rubber. I was not using to keep cool/hot air out, so I cannot speak to that effect, but they do not look good. It was easy enough to install, and it is easy to install them level/straight, but the creases from them being folded multiple times really ruins it for me. Would I buy it again? Probably, but only because most of the competition is using the same product. Perhaps someone else has better packaging though.

Pleasantly surprised
I bought this for an older door that had a larger than usual gap that a standard sweep from the home center just wouldnât cover. The adhesive is super strong and it also comes with nails in case there is an issue sticking to the door. All in all it works great and the thickness of the sweep material seems like it will last for many many years. Be aware of the sizing as the one I needed was taller from too to bottom whereas this could look weird if you were looking for something a little more discreet.

Excellent Choice for Draft and Rodent Control
This product is stout, which is exactly what I needed. I had an outside door that led to my water heater closet. I found that mice were gaining entrance into the room by squeezing under the gap. It took a little bit of finagling to get it in the correct position, but once I did this has been a perfect answer to the problem. Not a mouse in almost a year and keeps all the rain and wind out of an almost one inch gap. I am not sure it would be the right answer for an interior door with a small gap, this is not like a normal sweep, but one made strong and sturdy and a perfect answer for the problem I was experiencing.

They said in description it is 3″ unlike others, but they have the same height of 2″. Wasted my time. Placed a return now. Don’t buy from them if you are looking for a 3″, and if you are looking for a 2″, there are cheaper alternatives.
