Seems to be a great headset
Performance:- Works great with Google Hangouts. Though it doesn’t let you use the hangup feature and the LED indicator also doesn’t work. I knew this going in, so not deducting any points. Callers report that they can hear me very clearly, and for me it was also plenty loud. I listened to Amazon Prime Instant Video with them and it was very good quality especially for a headset.Set up:- I did have to tweak the settings for default devices to get things working (Windows 7 and 8), but drivers installed right away just as promised.Comfort:- It’s a little tight on my ears after a while, but not as bad as many headsets I’ve used. The headband part was very comfortable though.Price:- More than i really wanted to pay, but given that I work from home and sit on meetings all day i suppose it’s worth it.

Great set of headsets
I just got these today so take this as my initial review after test driving them in an online class. I needed a headset for online teaching. I originally purchased the logitech h540 headsets but after 1 use I noticed that they USB connector didn’t stay securely plugged in and the cord was tight and bent leading to a lot of feedback in the headset. I returned those and bought this set. I use these on a mac and set up was simply plug and play. This set is much lighter and more comfortable for extended wear. The headphones and the microphone are much better quality than the h540. The cord is the flat style rubberized cord which minimizes interference and allows the cord to stay out of the way unlike thick round cords which tend to bunch up and get in the way. An added bonus are the indicator lights which are great for knowing when you are muted.Overall I would say this is a win for anyone who needs a comfortable headset for Skype calls or online teaching. They are a bit on the hefty side but if you are using these for work they are probably worth the added cost compared to headsets in the $30-40 price range.

Best Headset I’ve Tried
I’ve tried several headsets over the years and this one is by far the best. Both the build quality and the audio quality is very good. I use this daily when I work from home and take phone calls. The stereo headset blocks some outside noise but you can still hear if needed. It’s quite comfortable as well although I will say my ears are slightly sore after wearing it for a few hours. There is no static at all. The buttons and cable are good quality. It has a volume answer, volume up & down, and a mute button. The buttons are solid. I highly recommend this headset.

Great sound, comfortable, but a bit flimsy (arrived broken)
This headset is outstanding in terms of comfort and sound quality, which is what I was looking for when I bought it. After only one day of intensive usage, I am glad that I went through the day without even noticing that the headset was in my head. I wear glasses and I was afraid that it would end up generating some discomfort, but so far so good.In terms of quality, people that I work with gave me great feedback. I sounded like I was on the same office or room and the background noises (like my keyboard) were still there, but barely noticeable. This is an improvement comparing with my last setup (standard headphone and the notebook microphone, which was too sensitive and would enhance the noises).I like it that it has its own pouch to carry it around and I loved the flat cable (tangle free) and the little controller that easily allows increasing and decreasing the volume, muting the mic and ending the call. The feature that turns on a light on the back of the mic to let other people know that you are in a call is handy, but not useful to me (home office). My only issue with this: it arrived broken. The boom mic is attached to one of the earcups by a fragile plastic component that was already broken when I took it out of the box. That made pointless trying to position the mic closer to my mouth, as it will not hold its position. Because I live abroad, I won’t be able to return this for a new one (too costly). So I will have to resort to improvising a fix for it.

Works well
Use it in the office…Noise cancellation is more of amplifying. The headsets/earmuffs are comfy. The mike is very good – sensitive and at the same time does not pick up noise when you are not using it accidentally.I wish it had real noise cancelling features – unless I dont know what I’m doing (hey I expect it’s most of us).

Not all features work for me
The product description states “In-call LED indicator light: Provides a visual alert when you are on a call, minimizing interruptions”. This is an important feature for me, as our current headsets don’t have this, and it is a constant problem trying to talk to a co-worker, not knowing if they are on the phone. This feature does not work on the headset I received. I contacted the seller, Fox Deals, who had no idea why it didn’t work, but offered to take the headset back for a full refund.According to Logitech, this feature only works with Microsoft Lync and Cisco deployments. This is not mentioned in the product description on Amazon, but it should be.So if you are not on a Microsoft Lync or Cisco deployments, be aware that this feature may not work for you.I just got this headset a few days ago, and other than the LED light issue, it seems to be a good quality headset.

Awesome headset, I work on a fun but relatively …
Awesome headset, I work on a fun but relatively loud sales floor with conversations and music playing in the background. These were able to cut out 90% of the sound, although not perfectly, for $60 it was a good investment. I’ve already noticed a boost in conversation quality and my conversion rate. If you are on the fence but need a (better) headset for work, I can assure you that these will pay for themselves in a matter of days. The headset is light, comfortable, and has crystal clear sound though I personally would have preferred an over-the-ear gaming style headset so that when not working/on a call, I could jam out too.

No le piden mucho a otras marcas reconocidas, son muy buenas y tienen supresor de silencio que es la mayor ventaja

I am not a fan of Bluetooth headsets, and if you are then look elsewhere. These require old-school USB. That said, they worked immediately and flawlessly under MacOS. I have tried others and while the output was fine, the microphone was often terrible. The output and input on these are both excellent. If you are looking for big bass boom gaming cans, these are not for you…but for conf calls and general music use, they are quite good. They are stereo, which is huge for sound quality. Lightweight, but not flimsy. There is an integrated volume up/down, mic mute, and “answer” button pad (4 buttons total) on the cord. The cord itself is nice flat wire…and won’t tangle into a spaghetti-like mess when you aren’t looking. There is an LED “in use” indicator at the far end (away from your mouth) of the mic boom…but I think you need specific app support to light it up. Oh, and it comes with a decent little travel bag…one you will actually keep and use, I think.Clearly some thought went into this headset. Well done Logitech.
