Street Light!This light is incredibly powerful and brightâexactly what I needed for lighting up my large driveway and yard. The 750,000 lumens claim sounds high, but it truly does light up a wide area with ease. Setup was simple, and the remote control works perfectly for adjusting brightness and setting the timer. I was looking for a lighting solution for the side of my house and this checked all the boxes. The solar panel charges efficiently, even on overcast days, and the dusk-to-dawn feature gives you full coverage without needing to touch a thing. I also appreciate the option to use the remote or the motion detector modes depending on the setting. It throws off a surprising amount of light for how compact it is. However, the light intensity can be adjusted to your needs or preference . I installed it to watch over my boat area and itâs been working like a charm. Great addition to the property for both security and convenience.

Works great for my yard
Bought this to light up the backyard to try and keep coyotes from jumping the fence. I use it on the lowest setting and it lights up the yard nicely (see photo). The large solar panel charges the battery nicely on the shorter winter days, and it stays lit at full power throughout the night, but only on the lowest setting. On the brighter setting it bleeds down to reduced light by morning. On longer days it will stay bright all night on the higher setting.What i don’t like is the mount. I needed to shim out the bottom wall mount bolts to get a better angle. The biggest limitation is the solar panel mounting, that can’t be adjusted towards the best sun direction. I made an adapter out of 1.5″ sched 40 PVC to hold it up higher so it would clear the light housing, and used a heat gun to shape it to point in the right direction. Slots in the ends, hose clamps, and heat gun made the diameter match the existing fittings. Photo shows the finished arrangement- and it already made it through a windy day :).

Filled with water after rain and stopped working
Product is not waterproof as claimed. I had this product installed in AZ for less than a year. After a few rainstorms, the light tank filled with water and stopped working. It definitely should be able to handle rainstorms if it claims to be an outdoor light.

Super Bright and Reliable â Worth Every Penny!
I installed the Ofuray OF-9800W solar street light in my driveway, and itâs been absolutely amazing! The brightness is incredible â it lights up my entire yard like daylight. The build quality is solid, and the remote control makes it very convenient to switch between modes. The dusk-to-dawn feature works perfectly, and the battery lasts all night. Very satisfied with this purchase â highly recommend it for anyone needing powerful outdoor lighting!

Great light and easy to install
Really easy to install and arrived quickly. We are using it for our pool deck and have a party coming up this weekend and have to have something without running electricity to it. Its expensive but we tested it prior to putting it up, just in case there was a factory defect and it didn’t work after we mounted it up high but it worked and it was bright. I know it’s in for 4 hours after dark but I haven’t been up longer than that to confirm the time that it will brighten the area.

We live in the countryside and wanted something to light up the access to our house, and didn’t need to worry about it being too bright or disturbing the neighbours, so I thought I’d give this a try and I’m really impressed with it.The build quality is solid, and the die-cast aluminium body feels like itâs made to last, even in tough weather. The two large solar panels seem to charge well, even when the sun isnât at its strongest, although with the good weather we’ve been having recently we’ve not been able to fully test its functionality in autumn/winter light.I like that the remote control lets you choose between dusk-to-dawn mode or set your own brightness. Installation was quick and easy with everything included (although I did hire a professional to install it for me!).Overall, it feels like a dependable light that I hope will hold up over time.

I am pretty sure this one is just as bright as the 10000W one I have! I got this one, along with the other solar light (made by a different brand) to light up my Right-Of-Way leading up to my house. This effectively does an amazing job as a street light and it seems to light up just as much as the other one, about 50 yards of road. It does light up more of the road than that but it starts to get too dim to consider it “effectively lit”. I also have it about 20 something feet in the air. It would probably light up a lot more road if it wasn’t for all of the trees along the way.The light lasts all night on high brightness with some dimming but not too much, which is also over a ~12 hour period. I have set it up in a location where it will get at least 6 hours of direct sunlight but I am worried the charge may ween in the winter months, especially with the snow. The battery charge indicator will help me in determining that. I won’t be able to reach it with a pole to clear the snow off, however. I’ll probably just end up using the “intelligent mode” and set the timer for the first 8 hours if it does start to die off too early in the night. The dimmer brightness levels are still pretty bright anyways, and with snow cover on the ground, one doesn’t really need that much light.It’s construction is very rugged. Made mostly of metal, and once assembled, it is very sturdy. I am glad I was able to change the direction of the solar panels too, as I need them to face southward and that is not the direction I need the light!Anyways, I really do like this light and I do recommend it. I will be depending on their 2 year warranty. If it does last that long, I am sure it will last for more years to come anyways.Thank you for reading my review! ð
