Easy to install.
These hangers work great. They were super easy to install on my dehumidifier and made it easy to lift by myself in our crawlspace even though our dehumidifier weighs 75 pounds. Just follow the east instructions and viola! I did install a washer where the hanger mounts to the joist on all 4, but that was just my preference. Very happy and no vibration whatsoever.

We hung up my new $600 dehumidifier and the stitching on the straps broke causing my dehumidifier to fall and get damaged! For $46 and being made in the USA you would think you are getting a quality product but donât waste your money.

Built well and has nylon to nylon link in the event of a failure with the rubber dampening rings.
I used the Drieaz F526 PHD 200 strap system to suspend an Aprilaire whole house dehumidifier. I now have a nice positive drain and it’s much closer to my HVAC system. No transfer of noise or vibration to the floor above and getting lower space back is great. I did have to get some help to lift the Aprilaire into the straps due to the weight and the 6 foot height off the floor, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it might be and the straps handle the weight very well.Update: Nearly 5 years later and straps show no signs of deterioration in my conditioned basement. The system just continues to work well year-round.

This is a great product, the only problem I have is the long term reliability, which I have no idea about.The elastomer in the load path will decompose eventually. For most likely not an issue, my unit is mounted in my basement so I am afraid the unit will fall on someone at some point in the future. I plan to inspect periodically to prevent an accident.but having said that, the product does exactly what it supposed to do and It does prevent vibration and noise from being transferred into the subfloor. Good job and thumbs up for the product designer.
