    Works well. Practice safety!
Should have bought this years ago.Works well. Keep in mind that, like a circular saw or many other things, this will immediately take off fingers, gouge your knee, basically mess you up if you’re not being very careful.

    Great specialty tool
Strange but awesome little saw. Kicks a bit until you get used to positioning just right. Cut old boards under cabinets very quickly. So much faster than my oscillating tool.

Great Tool for Cutting Subfloors Tight to the Wall
This toe kick saw did exactly what I needed. I used it to cut subfloor along the wall, and it got in tight without damaging anything else. The flush-cut design makes it easy to get precise cuts where a regular saw can’t reach.Blades are decent out of the box—used the wood blade the most and it held up well. It feels sturdy in hand and didn’t kick back like I expected. For the price, it’s a solid buy if you’re doing flooring or demo work near walls or cabinets.Value for money:Seems very affordable to me, below 100$, good deal.

    Dangerous, flawed design
Dangerous.I have a lot of experience with power tools, I am in my 50s and I’ve done general handyman work since I was in my teens. Ive done renovations and remodels and I’ve never experienced a tool as dangerous as this. The operators manual states “kickback is a result of saw misuse and/or incorrect operating procedures or conditions and can be avoided by a. Maintaining a firm grip and position your arms to resist kickback forces, Position your body to either side of the blade, but not in line with the blade.”My assessment is that the design of this tool makes this statement untrue. The handles are 7.5 inches (on center) to the left of the blade, with the right-hand grip being 5 inches behind the blade center, and the left-hand grip being 4 inches ahead of the blade center. This geometry makes it almost impossible to advance the tool through the material without introducing bias to the blade in a clockwise direction (as viewed drom the top down) -the bias is largely caused by pressure applied on the left-hand grip -which will cause the blade to bind in the kerf and cause a kickback. The positioning of the handles and the long tool shaft creates a pivot point that, on kickback causes the working end of the tool to scribe an arc back into the operator. By necessity of design for a tool that is capable of a flush cut there is very little that can be done to guard the blade. This tool may work better in tile, it may work cutting thin flooring like laminate or lvp, but I recommend do not use this tool in wood flooringPhoto provided shows how I was positioned when operating the saw. I was not positioned behind the blade, but my firm grip on the saw and arms positioned to resist kickback forces caused the saw to follow an arc path resulting in biting into the side of my right leg just above my knee.I had a trip to the ER.

Best tool purchase I’ve made so far!
I was a little leery since it’s not a name brand tool but I am very impressed with this one. I used it to remove all of the 3/4 inch Oak flooring in my kitchen. It is extremely easy to use, super fast, and very powerful. I could hardly believe how fast I went all the way around my kitchen and how effortless it was to use. It left a perfectly aligned, straight edge flush with my toe kick. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

During the first use, the case cracked on this piece of equipment. I would not recommend as the material used is poorly made. For the price I would expect it to be made better, use an oscillating saw instead.During my return I mentioned that the tool failed during the first use. I received an email from amazon when the return was completed saying that I did not return it in original condition. Beware of the return process for this tool.
