Film is Impossible to Remove
I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3 and have been checking out after-market products to use with it. I am a neatnik and like my stuff organized.This looked like a nice charging dock that doubles as a charger for the headset and controller batteries. Considering the price (around $50) I was surprised that the components felt cheap and thin.The biggest problem I had, though, was being unable to remove the film from the acrylic pieces. I googled it. I had friends try. Nothing worked. Yes, the product will look much better without the film, but I truly see no way to get it off other than scraping it off with a sharp object, which will only result in scratched acrylic–not the look I’m going for.I decided to just go ahead and set up the product and see how everything worked together. I did like the design, and the acrylic pieces fit nicely into the dock. Obviously if you have certain after-market devices for the controller or headset, they may not work well or look good because this product is designed for the original equipment. Still, I can see the appeal for something like this.However, the issue with the film is a dealbreaker for me. I don’t think I’ll order anything in the future that has this frustrating unremovable film. Please make your product easier to use.

The Perfect Accessory!!
I could not be more in love with this charger!! I have an Oculus Quest 2, and naturally, I always had to make sure that it was fully charged before using it. With this, I never worry about it. When I’m done playing, I just throw this back on the charger, and it’s good to go for next time. I honestly don’t see any cons about this product, but let me share some details with you that I overlooked when I saw this charger.1. I’m so glad that it came with instructions. You really don’t need them with this charger – just look at the picture. But it never hurts.2. It changes color!! When I first plugged it in, it was blue, but it was starting to fade. I honestly thought that I had received a dud. But no – it was changing color. So cool!3. It comes with a protective film on all of the plexiglass. For now, I’ve left it on. But in the second picture, you could see the top right corner where I peeled it off to show just how clear it is.4. The batteries – I honestly thought that I could use either the batteries or a wall charger to make this work. I was wrong. It plugs into the wall. The batteries underneath the center compartment… They’re for CHARGING them!! Do you have any idea how much money I’ll save with just that alone?! There’s also a storage slot on each side of the battery charging slots to store a second set of batteries, so I’ll never have to go get a second set!!This really is a plug-and-play charger, and I couldn’t be happier with it. There’s three plexiglass pieces that simply snap into the black ‘console’. Two cords came with it; one is for charging (and it also came with a wall plug), and the other one is to connect your unit into the charger. My personal opinion – Best… Accessory… EVER!!
