Great lock
The touch screen works great, no problems.I’ve had a while now and no problems. Good quality, Easy Alex integration and use.

Sent Referb
Amazon sent what looked like a refurbished unit rather than a new one, which I’d ordered. The lock itself is super loud and pretty slow, but otherwise works for now.In Home Assistant, most sensors and features don’t seem to be there in the zigbee version.

Read all instructions
We had this product before. It gave out so we decided to buy another one. Our front door has the lock. We enjoyed not having to your house key to lock and unlock the door, especially when your hand are full or or dark out. Itâs safe as well.

Stopped working after two months
Looks like a battery exploded in the lock but not sure. I spent too much $$ on this for it to break after only two months of use.

Battery box poor connection
Cool screen panel. The battery box frequently disconnected when closing door hardly so my kids complained they cannot entered into the house twice a month. I have to uninstalled the lock box and reinstalled the battery box immediately after it was broken. furthermore, it seemed they mailed me a used one witch missed a very small screw. I don’t care it repackaged but I have to find another different screw in my tool box that made this lock ugly with a screw sticking out.

Don’t get it
Update: 3 months later the touchscreen died.Overpriced for what it can do, just get the 902 instead, both are zigbee and zwave and $100 cheaper. This is not Alexa compatible, you need a hub as an intermediate channel to connect to alexa or Google home so be aware of that.

Not as good as they claim. Worse then the cheaper version.
It is digital buttons and they miss read what number you push a lot. Takes several tries to open door often. It also wouldnât link up to my alarm system as it states it will.
