Very solid build IMHO. Good value. Versatile with both fixed feet and casters. Table top is solid as is the drawer. Pegboard is metal. Note that it is a little wobbly on casters which is to be expected. Much more solid feel if using the feet, with just a tiny bit of wobble. Fairly wide range of height adjustment. Be sure you understand how to squeeze to release the caster locks and also don’t pinch your hand when doing so. You will probably want to line inside bottom of the drawer.The built in light is fairly bright. It is a 5volt LED strip with USB type A plug. It plugs into the power strip which has 2 USB sockets. ** Wish they told you the power supply rating in case you wanted to use the other USB socket for something.**

Just all around terrible experience
I will get straight to the point, outside of Amazonâs customer service representatives. This entire experience has been a nightmare! Ideal House sent me the wrong workbench, I ordered the 60âx 22â with what I thought came with a peg board. I spoke with an Amazon customer service representative, and they were great. They also read the description and agreed with me that it was very misleading. They sent me out a replacement, which they thought was the correct thing. I waited almost 2 weeks to get it, only to find out it was wrong again. I eventually had to request a refund, and Amazon came out and picked up the two pieces. Sadly, tried a third time to order the workbench and I had to wait another whole week to receive it. This time it was right, but it had some damage to multiple parts. I assembled it anyway, because my 18 daughter needed it for her costume build station. I had to use a crescent wrench to bend the multiple damaged pieces back into place to be able to assemble it. The directions for assembly are not clear, you’ll have to bolt on parts and take them back off later to put on others, and the illustration is terrible. Eventually, I pieced it together and I hope my daughter likes it. I will never spend another buffalo nickel on any Ideal House products. To have spent over $300 on something, I expect it to be without damage and right the first time! Hopefully, this helps.

Part of the metal knee front had a bent corner. I think I can work that out. The big problem is one of the sleeves in the leg that holds the adjustable part is broken. It’s just thin plastic. I have it mostly put together so I will finish and see how bad it is.Edit: it was not the knee front it was the bottom of the drawer. I straightened the corner and it seems to be fine. It’s a really nice desk but came with a couple of damaged parts even though the box was not damaged.
