Decent value
Great customer service. I had a defective piece, and it was replaced promptly and reasonably.Iâve been using the mask for a little over a week, so itâs premature to say if thereâs any difference. I use it at night after washing my face and applying toner. Iâve used the red and blue lights, and set it to 10 minutes. I usually lay down because I canât get it to stay where itâs supposed to while sitting up, and the cord is pretty short so I canât move around anyway. Iâve just turned mask time into me time. While laying down, I have to use both hands to slightly lift it off my face, otherwise the weight of the mask will leave marks around my orbital/eye area.

This was so incredibly uncomfortable, I had to return it. I had high hopes but the material was so thick and clunky it was hard to maneuver. When you put the strap on, it digs into your forehead. Even laying down, this was so painful. The separate neck piece is just awkward.It was horrible, do not recommend!

Not for me, bulky and just heavy
This is very bulky, and the eye holes are the most uncomfortable thing out of the whole mask. Iâve tried it three times and canât even finish laying with it in for 10 minutes at a time. Iâll be returning this mask. Didnât work well for me. Controls are a little difficult to navigate. One could not walk or stand with this on their face due to weight.

Very uncomfortable to use
The only way to be okay using this is lying down flat because it really feels uncomfortable when this mask is pulling down on against your face when you wear it sitting down. It’s especially apparent when you attach the microcurrent nails to the mask. Those nails will push up on your face and it can be irritating if not painful.

Not comfortable
I am not sure how this product has good reviews, it hurts me so much to use this face mask. Itâs not comfortable and hurts me a lot to put on. I tried it 2-3 times and still same. The lights and everything works fine but itâs fit is not for me! I hope it would have been comfortable!
