Arrived earlier than expected, and not a bad thing, as my old chair had lost its height compression and was driving me crazy!The box was a bit on the hefty side, so it felt like quality right from the start.It came very well packed, and after taking a few minutes to read the well-written instructions (not bad for a typical guy, eh?), I laid all the pieces out, and with the supplied “T” wrench, it took me all of about 20 minutes to put together.What do I like?It feels like solid quality. The arm rests are at a good height for me (5’10”) and, when I want to play my guitars, they swing up and out of the way. The large rubber wheels glide as quietly as can be on my hardwood floors, and the lumbar support is a welcome goodie.It’s always a crap shoot buying a chair online, but this one is as advertised; handsome, solid & comfortable.

Waited for over 4 weeks to send review to make sure it was all I wanted it to be. I work 10-12hr shifts 7 days solid, off a few and back at it. So sitting so long periods a day even though I try to stand often.The fist day I used I could not believe how much better my back and hips felt but was concerned that after a day or two it would feel like before.Happy to report that Iâm still as comfortable after over 4 weeks of long hour use!First of all it is beautiful! Very good workmanship it seems. The color is a pretty light cream.Legs are very sturdy metal, it comes with two sets of wheels- traditional and inline. I use the inline because it rolls on thicker carpet well. Note, most chairs you have to purchase these separate!The seat is wonderful! I did not expect it to be as nice and comfy as it is! You can see by the pictures that even after long use hours for over 4 weeks it still looks fresh and new! I love having the coils and foam on the seat, it feels like you are sitting on nice living furniture!Lumbar adjusts to several levels and the knob on side is easy to use. I love how it fits the curve of your back and helps with proper alignment!One of my non-negotiables was arms that raise- I like to sit close to desk area and lotus or cross legged in chairs and with the arms raising I can do easily!Iâm 5â6â and the chair fits me well, various heigh adjustments are an option. Burt is 6â1â and he can adjust to sit comfortably as well.An adjustment know on the bottom of seat allows you to adjust tension for how easily you can recline.I have pictures of sitting as straight as it can and reclined to furtherest position for your reference. It does not stay locked in a reclined position but body weight allows you to recline and stretch easily.Iâm 59 years old and assembled by myself in less than 25 minutes. Every thing needed was in the box along with 2 sets of wheels to choose from and extra hardware.It has exceeded my expectations. Very happy with chair. The only thing I would change is ability to sit a little straighter and lock the recline position.This is my personal purchase and review, Iâm not a Vine Reviewer. Hope this helps you!!

Exceptional value at this price point.
I have been looking for a computer chair for months that would look nice, be comfortable and support my back and not break the bank. I am 5’10”, 210# and now that I am retired I spend more time at the computer than I care to admit. After reading the reviews I decided on the EZAKI high back chair. The chair arrived by Fed Ex in 6 days from California which I thought was a little long however I live in Michigan and it traveled over the Thanksgiving holiday. The box arrived in excellent condition and upon opening found the chair to be carefully packaged. Assembly can always be a nightmare for me and I was dreading it. I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed instructions that came and how the parts were all labeled and came with a allen wrench tool. After 30 minutes of effortless assembly my new chair was complete and ready to try. I have had many office chairs in my lifetime and I can honestly say this is the best chair for the money spent of all of them. The seat cushion is thick and soft. The lumbar is very comfortable on my aging back and the armrests are also comfortable. The chair is extremely sturdy and rolls great with the supplied roller blade wheels. If you are like most of us and on the fence about which office chair to purchase this one won’t disappoint. Buy it

Good Well Made Chair
Like this chair a lot. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. For the most part, it was fairly easy with the exception of attaching the back to the seat. Only because it was a little frustrating to get the screws/holes lined up (while holding the back/bottom with only one person putting it together. (Two people would have been easier-to help hold, adjust, etc.) But I am a 68 year old woman and managed to assemble the entire chair in about an hour. I am using the rubber wheels and like them a lot. They move around on my thicker carpet ok (better than the caster wheels). I am hoping I don’t need a plastic mat later down the road. Adjusted the lumbar setting and seems very good on my lower back. The chair is in a comfortable sitting position for me so haven’t tried different “rocking positions”. Currently it doesn’t rock back very far at all which is my preference so haven’t experimented with that option or loosening the tension. The cushion is very comfortable however, I only sit in the chair for 2 – 3 hours at a time. So can’t say how the chair would feel after 8 hours of working/sitting. Also, plenty of room in the seat and I can place my feet on the floor when sitting back in the chair. Love the option of flipping up the arms and pushing in under/closer to my desk when done working. Overall, I am very pleased with the chair and worth the price. I would recommend to others.

The metal platform the seat sits on had cut through the soft plywood seat causing the chair to list to one side.Having two options for wheels was nice, hand having armrest you could tilt back also good.
