Easy to use, easy to store, travel-friendly exercise tools
This is a review for “Resistance Bands for Women & Men, Exercise Bands for Lower Body Workouts, 3-Pack Fabric & Durable Elastic Bands for Strength Training, Fitness, Pilates & Yoga – Mesh Bag & Exercise Guide Included”We have been trying to improve our fitness level at my house, so we’re collecting a little bit of home fitness equipment. These resistance bands are a great value, and take up minimal space, while offering different degrees of challenge to users.The colors of the items are as shown in the product photos. The texture of the elastic bands is pleasant, and they seem to be very durable, thick elastic, like they should last for quite a while. Each band has a different amount of resistance, so you have choices when using them to supplement your workout. I think they are most useful for placing both knees or ankles, or wrists inside the loop, and then moving limbs apart to experience resistance against the elastic. These are not as versatile as small dumbells, but they increase resistance for exercises such as leg lifts. If you position your body carefully and use these for leg lifts, you can also increase resistance for core muscle exercises.One feature that I especially like about these bands is that they are very travel friendly. If you are used to having a workout routine at home, these resistance bands are a simple piece of equipment which can easily slip into a suitcase, for a very portable, lightweight solution to maintaining some level of fitness routine while travelling.

Awesome resistance band set!
This includes 3 different resistance bands with different strengths. The light 20 pound correlates with the lightest color green band. Medium is 40 pounds matching the next darker green shade on the bands. The 3rd band also the darkest green is 60 pounds and definitely the hardest one that I might not be able to use regularly until I build more muscle back. I like the mesh bag that is included for ease of finding what you need in a full gym bag, with the needed ventilation so you don’t end up with stinky workout equipment. The bands are decently thick and if you turn them over you’ll see how they have two dark grippy rubber like stitching that goes all the way around. (Great so slipping doesn’t occur.) The included exercise guide lists 8 various boxes 4 on each side of the paper. Corresponding picture examples and printed instructions on how to do each exercise along with the shade of band you are suggested to use are in those boxes. The quality of the stitching is top notch, and looks like it’ll last. For those that are sensitive to certain fabrics be aware the one seam where the band is sewn together is slightly thicker In that one area. Overall this is a nice set that should be pretty versatile.

large diameter affects some exercises
I got these for my teen son who is doing PT to strengthen his knees for running and sports. Previously, we had rubber resistance bands. In comparison to the standard rubber bands, each of the three different strengths are much firmer than their corresponding strengths in the rubber version. For example, as a runner he has been training with the 20lb bands, and the lightest strength one of these is noticeably more difficult. The other negative we’ve noticed is that because these have such a wide (unstretched) diameter, one must keep their legs apart or they fall off. This does limit some of the exercises he’s able to do with them. For comparison, the standard rubber bands have a smaller unstretched diameter so don’t fall off when side stepping, for example).The material is very sturdy, and we are hoping they last longer than rubber. Where we live, the heat disintegrates rubber rather quickly and we’ve had them break suddenly while in use. But it also negatively affects elastic over time so will be interesting to see how long these last. As elastic, I initially had concerns that the elastic may give after being used, reducing the strength but he has been using them most days for about a month and this has not occurred.
