Quality tool that works very well.
I lost my old dandelion digger. The old one had a “foot” that helped with prying out the dandelion, so I was a little worried that this one wouldn’t work as well without one. But if anything it works better.I was very impressed with the quality of this tool: sturdy wood handle, strong stainless steel blade, and a leather lanyard to hang it with. It’s a bit more expensive than some, but well worth any additional cost.If you’ve never tried, digging up dandelions is very easy. You can clear a good-sized yard in a few minutes, and once cleared you can keep it cleaned out with a quick pass every few days in dandelion season. It’s also very satisfying. I used to use weed killer but this is just as fast, much cheaper, and gives me a nice bucket of dandelions for the compost pile, to say nothing of the benefit of avoiding dangerous chemicals.

I have used a tool like this for many years. It is great for uprooting weeds. I haven’t purchased one in many years because it lasts a very long time. It is easy to use, lightweight, and as long as you take care of it, it should last for many years. A great bargain for a great too!
