I have really, REALLY problem feet and I’ve tried everything in an attempt to curb the super dry, thick, cracked skin that builds up and creates a serious health hazard. When my feet start cracking and bleeding, it is difficult to walk and being a diabetic, this is potentially a serious health threat. These moisturizing gel toe socks are the best remedy that I have found, and the 5 toe design address all the areas where other remedies have failed.When I was young, I used to use the old “vaseline and cotton socks” treatment, which is almost useless because the cotton soaks up the vaseline and leaves the feet dry. By morning, I felt as if nothing had been applied to my feet and the cracks and soreness was as bad as usual.There have been foot files, creams, lotions and even corn razors, but the issues with my feet have worsened every year, until at age 60 I have wondered if this might even be life threatening – and those of you with diabetes know what I mean – the threat of sores on the extremities that won’t heal gives us the dread of infections, gangrene, and amputation. This shadow hangs over people with diabetes and so what is merely dry feet to some people becomes a fearful threat to the diabetic.Expensive pedicures can help a little bit, but when my feet are exposed to too much exfoliation, the outer layer of protective skin is gone and the delicate underlayer of skin is left exposed. But I couldn’t find it until now.I must admit that the price of these booties made me pause momentarily, but I was desperate for a real solution to a very serious problem. So I sprung for 3 pairs. The first night, I was able to sleep all night in these soft, stretchy socks that have a complete coating of gel in every single toe as well as the whole foot. The gel in these socks still has a tendency to “shrink wrap” my feet in the night, but because the gel coating is light, the socks are soft and stretchy and the separated toes keep the feet in an anatomically sound position, I don’t wake up in excruciating pain. My feet feel a little bit hot at night, but the relief from dry, cracked, bleeding feet is worth this minor discomfort. The separated toes also anchor the booties in the correct position, so there is no shifting or falling off in the night.Each night, I put a heavy moisturizer in my feet – usually a Shea butter based cream. Then I put on the gel socks and sleep in them all night. From the very first morning, I have wakened with soft, smooth, moisturized feet, and each subsequent day the cracks, flakes and dryness had improved dramatically. In less than a week, I have managed to reverse a terrible problem and have even been able to wear some pretty sandals during the day. In conjunction with some mild exfoliation, I have found these gel booties to be a real lifesaver – and I do mean that literally. The protective outer layer of skin stays intact, soft and supple and my feet have stopped cracking and bleeding. Great results, low durability
These are great if you have dry cracked feet and prefer toe socks or want to give your toes a little love. I use them in conjunction with jojoba oil which was already doing wonders for my feet but there’s a noticable increase in effectiveness when using these socks. (More thoughts on usage below.) I think I have a real chance of seeing crack-free heels for the first time in my adult life if I stick with it.I wear between size 7 and 9 shoes depending on the brand and these are very loose. But they stay in place anyway so no big deal. They just look very silly.I’m disappointed with their durability but my impression is that gel socks (regardless of brand) are not “buy it for life” items. I just washed these socks for the first time and I could already see small areas where the gel has worn all the way through to the fabric. I’ve never had gel socks before so I can’t say whether this is just normal wear or maybe faster than normal. Seems kind of fast. That said, they still work and I expect to make them last a few months more.I’ve used these socks both overnight and during the day. I prefer using them during the day because they seem more effective if I reapply oil a few times. I’ve found that the oil I apply before putting them on absorbs entirely within about an hour leaving behind mostly sweaty feet. So I try to reapply oil every hour. What I’ve noticed is that this method is more effective than the single application followed by an overnight. My feet get more good out of five hours during the day than eight hours overnight.I believe that the gel itself does deliver some benefit on it’s own but I prefer to augment it as much as possible. My feet have always been severely cracked and difficult to manage. Even back in middle school I had cracks so deep they bled. So if your situation isn’t that bad, you might love just using the socks on their own.

Exactly as described
These moisturizing booties are thick and durable and they fit very well. The perfect amount of material goes in between each toe to sort of spread and straighten them after being stuffed in a shoe that is not the same contour as your foot which I think is an awesome attribute because it helps to prevent bunions, twisting and curling of the toes. So they moisturize your entire foot including each and every toe and at the same time they are helping to realign your toes the way they should, plus, the thickness of them gives your feet the extra cushion to pamper them. Out of all the booties that I have tried (which is probably 95% of what’s available out there) these are by far the best! I definitely recommend these and I will be purchasing some more from this shop myself.

I love these socks, they have really helped with dry skin, sore heels and the balls of my feet. I’ve been using E45 hydrating moisturiser with them and it’s amazing. I will say however use these while your sat down or in bed, trying to walk in them while with moisturiser makes them very slippery! Otherwise they are Warm, a good fit and very decent quality.

Product highly priced, though the size seems to fit your feet but your last 2 tiny fingures do get to the toe pocekts, so having pockets for each toe is actaully not working out. Took over 3 weeks to get delivered.
