Itâs Chinese but appears ok
As with most Chinese products, the instructions are poor and the item under engineered. This product is simple enough to figure out, appears sturdy for the price, and worked well out of the box. The paper cutter included, is excellent for single sheet use, but the corner rounder, barely rounds out the corner. A simple engineering design would have allowed a wider amount of corner angles. Based on the lack of vents preventing good airflow, I would use this product for more then an hour without allowing the innard electronics to cool. It does have a small foot print, not much bigger than a loaf of bread. The electric cable should have been a foot or two longer. But that is a personal preference.

Bought this item 3 times. Each time it stopped heating after like 3 months. Waste of money.
Do not buy this product! I bought this 3 times. Each time it completely stopped working after a jam. The jams were ridiculously hard to remove and the heater easily becomes defective. Again I bought 3 of these to see if it was my error and the same thing happened each time. At most I had each of these laminators for a few months before a jam happened or the internal heater just stopped working. Don’t buy this product! Waste of money. Get a quality laminator.

Edit to add: Seller replaced the laminator so I am updated my review as I appreciated the customer service they provided.Originally this laminator was amazing then as time went on it would do less and less sheets without getting stuck and making a horrible noise. At the one year mark it barely works at all. The company said I need to take it apart and oil it and asked if I had been doing that maintenance. No where on the product page does it say you need to do that. There is no manual and nowhere on the laminator itself does it ever say to do that. Keep that in mind before you purchase. AND the company never tells you what oil to use nor can I find any information on the oil to use.

Like many Chinese-made products, the instructions left a lot to be desired, and the overall engineering felt a bit basic. That said, this laminator is straightforward enough to figure out without much hassle. It feels reasonably sturdy for its price point and worked perfectly right out of the box. The included paper cutter is excellent for single-sheet useâitâs sharp and precise. However, the corner rounder was a bit of a letdown. It barely softens the corners, and it feels like a missed opportunity in the design. With just a slight tweak in engineering, it could have easily offered multiple corner angles for more versatility.On the plus side, the compact footprint is greatâitâs barely larger than a loaf of bread, making it easy to store or leave out without taking up much space. I do wish the power cord were a foot or two longer, but thatâs a minor and very subjective gripe.The laminator arrived securely packaged and was incredibly easy to set up. Easy setup and easy to use
The laminator arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. After reading the instructions, which were easy to follow, I immediately laminated my first item with a pouch that was included. It came out beautifully. The rollers functioned well and I absolutely love the flip top tool storage for the paper trimmer, corner rounder, rings, and hole punch. I appreciate the sleek design and purple color option. I would absolutely recommend this product for home or small office laminating needs.

It comes with corner cutter instead of using scissors to round off the sharp corners. Fast heating and ready in less than 3 minutes. Feed was smooth and very quiet with no sound at all. Also, there are no bubbles on the laminated photos.

Used it twice so far, and itâs really simple! Having a laminator is quite important for me since many of my documents are on paper, and lamination helps prevent aging. Highly recommended!
