The price is good and the product seems decent but you better be somewhat handy.
I give this a 5 star soley because of the price vs the value.I am a pretty mechanical type person and it took me roughly 2 hours to assemble. Following the directions is a must in that you need to pay close attention to the pictures showing the pieces as they assemble. Had I followed my own advice, it wouldn’t take 2 hours. Because 95% of everything is screwed together, you have ample opportunity to square everything up and if necessary adjust the lid hinges for a solid even close. I recommend a 10mm socket and ratchet, a good #2 Phillips screwdriver, a 17mm wrench, and a needle nose pliers. Use the socket and Phillips combo to tighten the nut/bolt combos, the 17mm for the thermometer, and the needle nose with the cotter pins.Once assembled, follow the first time use instructions as their will be some burn off. Doesn’t take a lot of charcoal to accomplish the heat burn in. We have used it twice so far and appreciate the charcoal pan access, the pan height adjustment, dual adjustable air inlets, two fixed shelves, and easy to remove main grates.It will remain to be seen how long it will survive as the outer shell metal is fairly thin. To protect the grill I purchased a 55″ cover that can be tightened up.**Update** A year and a half has passed and it’s still standing, not a spot of rust on the exterior or interior, the coal grate is still strong, and the grill grates are still in tip top shape. Covered during non use and stays outside year round. Fantastic!

Best grill I have ever had!!!
Easy to clean out and set up! Has been dumped over twice by my dog with her leash and still works amazing. The wheels broke off and one shelf bent a little.Overall, the best grill I ever bought for the money!!!

It’s a B to put together but it’s solid and has great features
It came missing the bottom part of the hinge. I left a voicemail with the company but no one has ever gotten back to me. It is extremely difficult to put together and the directions suck. Once it’s together though it is a great barbecue and very sturdy. I really like the fact that it has the door to open so that you can adjust the coals without having to take the grill out. Also the fact that you can adjust the height of the coals in respects to the grill is really great for different types of things that you’re grilling. All in all the only things that I would realistically have changed was directions to be real more clear on how to put it together and that I was missing parts.

Great Grill
Easier to put together than most assembles, I got it done in an hour or so with no real issues. The Grill itself is very good except for maneuvering the darn thing. Yes it has wheels on one end but nothing really to grasp on the other so that can be a problem if you need to move it often. it does have plenty of space for cooking, and uses every bit of the available space inside exceptionally well. No wasted areas so you can spread things out easily. Upper rack is solid unlike some I’ve had previously that ended up in the garbage due to poor construction and constantly falling. overall for the price it is an excellent value and I would recommend it.

Somewhat tricky to put together, but a great product. Accurate thermometer, great size. Do run a meatless grill once before use to “cure” the interior paint. Love this grill. Best features: dual side tables; adjustable charcoal pan is amazingly useful; accurate thermometer helps a lot; upper off-heat resting rack super handy.

Not disappointed at all!
For the money, this is a great grill! It arrived 4 nights ago and we have used it everyday. It was not difficult to assemble. It did have a dent in the bottom tray, but I was able to hammer it out and move on. Well worth the money.

Can not handle high temperature
I got this grill for my fiancé for Christmas last year. First, it was really difficult to put together. But after that hiccup we were overall happy with it. Seemed like really good quality. After a few months the paint on the lid started to bubble up from it getting to hot. I contacted the company and they happily replaced the lid so I was glad about that. Now, a year later, the rack inside the grill that holds the coals has a giant hole- again from the heat Iâm guessing. I know that this can happen over time but didnât think it would happen so soon. Overall I like the grill but not happy with the long term quality.Update: royal gourmet has been very helpful in replacing any parts that are ruined over time so I am thankful for that. Just wish it could withstand more:(

Husband Loves It
Assembling this was not fun, I’ll say that much. It takes two pairs of hands, and one of those pairs of hands needs to be very small, especially when you’re putting on the lever that moves the charcoal pan up and down. That part was tricky. But it was all worth it because my husband loves it. He’s been wanting a grill so much, and this is really good for the price. I thought at first that the metal might be a bit flimsy, but honestly if it had been made sturdier it would have been so heavy we wouldn’t have been able to get the box it came in through the door. Felt like it weighed 400 lbs. We had to slide it.

Me gustó bastante, bueno precio y la calidad es decente. El único problema pequeño es que si lo quieres cerrar para que selle y hacer carne ahumada, la tapa no sella completamente y entra aire por la palanca para subir y bajar la charola del carbón. Pero en general estoy bastante satisfecho.
