I like them alot. I am a serious weightlifter….and I lov using bands…these definitely do the trick…anything from warming up elbows…to assisted pull ups. Good value for the price.

Great for workouts anywhere
Iâve been using this set of resistance bands for a while now, and theyâve proven to be really versatile. The different levels of resistance give me plenty of options, whether Iâm working on strength training or stretching out after a run. Theyâre strong and hold up well, offering good resistance that makes my workouts feel effective. Iâve used them for assisted pull ups, squats, and even some mobility work, and theyâve handled it all without any issues. The only small drawback is that if Iâm sweating, the bands can get a little slippery, so I just keep a towel handy. I like that the set comes with its own bag, which makes it easy to throw in the car or take when traveling. For the price, I think itâs a good value compared to other sets Iâve seen. Iâm rating this 5 stars because I would definitely get this again.
